Went in to have my vehicle checked out and the service manager gave me the report in detail. He made recommendations based on importance of safety getting the repairs accomplished. I asked for him to schedule it and the next week the repairs were accomplished. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle since my vehicle was there for three days. My vehicle is back in top mechanical condition and running like new. I highly recommend Ed Morse Ford service department.

From the start of my vehicle needing basic service till completion of service is great. You get phone called or emails about scheduled appointments or need of service . Very fast and never had any problems after service. Vacuumed and washed my car also when serve is completed.

We were looking at a used truck . They had marked 35770. We offered 34500 to 35000 range the sales said they could work with that will give call later. They called said they'd take 500 off 35770 if we took out a loan from them , but there's no wiggle room on price. One day later they list it at 34900. What gives good thing We didn't go for loan. This place does the spoiling. You sit back and let them do all the work. The “spoiling” starts. Professional service is hard to find UNLESS you find this dealership. I will NEVER go anywhere else for service. They are the BEST!!!!!!!!!

We recently purchased a new family car and had a great experience with our sales agent, Mark.Mark was very knowledgeable and supportive of our decision to purchase a car. He was friendly and eager to work with us and our needs. Despite the process taking longer than expected due to multiple customers, the staff checked on us often to remind us that someone would be with us soon in the next step of the process.Overall, we believe we received fair pricing and had a stellar team to work with in the purchase of our first family car. To be fully honest I am aware that I am NOT an easy customer at any dealership - I used to work in the service side and I have pretty high expectations and I will not be adjusting them because at a dealer you are paying added premiums for good service. That said the service department here has been so gracious with me throughout few stops in. Even when there has been a lapse in communication they have been able to make it right. Today I picked up my vehicle after several days and many attempts to recreate the issue I’ve been experiencing sporadically and they couldn’t seem to recreate it but encouraged me to bring it by even if I don’t have an appointment so they can try to figure out what exactly is going on.

Very Disappointed in the dealership. We have had dealings with this dealership for the past 18 yrs so i was totally thrown off by the total disrespect and attitude that was shown by the sales lady and the finance Lady. (we paid cash for the vehicle) I went in to purchase a vehicle for my aging parents and was treated with such disrespect that it is truly unbelievable. Once we settled on a price (sales manager did a great Job) There was attitude until we actually closed the deal. It literally took hours for us to be able to write a check and get the paperwork. The finance girl came out to do a survey about how far we drove the car and if we carried children and many other non essential questions. I asked very politely what this had to do with purchasing a vehicle and she sarcastically (with an attitude) informed me it was compliance and that everything was being recorded and nodded to the camera system. The sales person i worked with wanted me to believe that they had no profit in the deal and when i told her i didn't believe that for a minute she replied " are you calling me a liar"What? are we in high school again. The overall experience was not a good one. Not sure if management is aware of any of this. This is not a good way to deal with your customers. We NEVER had this experience with Sellers Sexton Ford. IF this is the new ED Morse way of doing business NO THANK YOU.. WE WILL DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE .

This place has to be one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever been to. I went to them because my car kept shutting off. I was told it was the battery. 24 hours later I was back with the same issue. They kept the car for almost two weeks. I kept calling them to check in and the service manager kept reassuring me they were working on it. I receive a call that I was being charged $1,950 just for them looking at the car. With in 72 hours of receiving my car my doors will not lock.The service manager told me “ maybe it’s time for a new car” he tells me that if I leave the car they will charge me again. Please don’t trust this dealership.

I have been coming to this dealership for 15 years. I have always been pleased with the service department, everyone there. Today, the service department went above and beyond. After the recent cold snap, I went to start my Ranger, it wouldn't start. Called Jaime, he brought a portable charger to my house, jump started my Ranger and had a new battery installed in less than 1 hour. I cannot express the gift of peace of mind that Jamie and the whole Ed Morse team gave me this holiday season Merry Christmas to all at Ed Morse. If you need your Ford serviced, never ever take your Ford somewhere else. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Very bad experience with this service Dept. Ford recall work was supposed to be completed. One of them being the cam phasers. After several times of bringing my 2017 F150 in I was told by Tom in service he would call me when all the parts were in and do all the work at one time. Only after filing two complaints with ford customer care did I get anywhere. I was told it would take one day and after three days all the work except the major work( cam phasers) was completed. When I asked why the work wasn’t done I was told it was past the mileage cutoff. I explained it wasn’t when I tried to have the work done and Tom told me not to worry about it he would open a repair order so that it would be covered. So long story short, Tom(service adviser) claimed he called me several times and left voicemails. Problem is, he was lying, because I don’t have voicemail set up. I then spoke to Chris, service manager and again got nowhere! This service dept. failed and dropped the ball and of course refuse to make it right! Do not go to this service dept for your vehicle needs!! Very incompetent and dishonest people!

Super disappointed in this dealership. I went in without my husband and they treated me like your typical “woman” and tried to pull a fast one on me and act like I knew nothing and tried to screw me over. I wanted to trade my vehicle in for a vehicle they had on the lot and they were letting an employee drive it and it is trashed, plus it has a huge dent in the drivers side door they don’t tell you about or take pictures of. I drove 2 hours to them only for them to waste my time. I hate men who think they are better than women and act like we won’t know anything and they can take advantage of us. Unfortunately you’re the reason I hate car salesmen.
