I have been using St Robert Self Storage for a couple of months now and I am pleased that I have chosen to go with this storage company and not with any other company. The facility is very clean and the staff is very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a self storage company.

Very clean inside and out, excellent hours of operation, excellent customer service, spacious, well-lit, cameras/security, excellent pricing, variety of room dimensions.
Update 6/19/24
Would recommend better air circulation to the further storage units. Over a year of storage time here. No issues with security , cleanliness, etc. Facilities have consistently improved over time.

When I moved all my property into storage the storage company was in the process of adding a 24 hour door code lock. At this time a concession wasn’t given for the time I was unable to access my unit which was before 8am and after 5pm Monday thru Saturday and not at all on Sundays. This was a problem because the time I had to move things in were after work and on Sundays. Since the security locks have been installed I haven’t had any issues with being able to access my unit and I get a statement every month so I’d say I have no issue at this point. I’m happy there was a climate controlled unit and the facilities are new so that’s nice as well. My rating conveys my overall experience.

After renting a 10x10 for about a month, I can say that this business is outstanding. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and exceptionally secure (fencing, automated gate/doors, and cameras). The owners are very polite and accommodating. They are more than willing to work out any issues that come up within a very reasonable time frame. I didn't look at other similar businesses, but the price is well worth it for what is offered. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for secure, climate-controlled units; they have a huge selection of units.

Wonderful place! The facility is secure and clean! There are many security cameras inside and out that keeps watch to make sure my things are secure! The office staff is always kind and patient! Also great place for U-haul rentals! They have a nice gentleman that’ll go out and help you get your trailers hooked up. Overall, great customer service and friendly environment! I would highly recommend if you’re needing storage, local car rentals, or u-haul rentals.

I highly recommend them for their uhaul rentals. I rented a uhaul truck and car transport. The office lady was super helpful and kind. The truck we wanted had a flat so they gave us a larger truck because they had no more in the size we needed at no extra cost. We had a very nice man help us hook the car transport to the uhaul truck. They were just wonderful for the entire process.

I love storing my stuff here, I know it’s very secured they have many cameras going at all times. you can get a key fob so you can get in before and after office hours. they have indoor and outdoor options with multiple size options. they are very friendly and they have locks you can purchase there for a very good price.
