CJ provided amazing customer service and helped me with upgrading my phone, creating a new account, and ensuring my included streaming services were working properly!Definitely recommend him if you’re coming to thus store!

I walked in to switch my service from straighttalk and get into a contract SIM card with my own device.- I was never harassed to buy a new device or choose something I wasn’t interested in.-Tony answered all my 100 questions honestly before I agreed to the terms.-Couple of days later I was still having an issue switching my number and the manager sat down with me and solved my problem. And technically, she l didn’t have to, because I had already signed the contract.I definitely recommend the store they’re good people.

Every time I've gone to the T-Mobile store in St Robert Missouri the people were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous andpleasant. CJ, Tony, Destiny, TT, and Darrell were Very helpful and knowledgeable if they can’t help you they will make sure that you get the help that you need even calling the T-Mobile Corp. I would recommend Saint Roberts T-Mobile store to anyone.

It's not this stores fault but T-Mobiles. They sent an update to my phone and now it's not working right. Of course it's time for an upgrade... Imagine that ?? How can they get away with this????
