Absolutely blown away I am a retired disabled veteran that when i ask questions I was told I was being rude and furthermore was told to leave because I said Jesus christ. they would not answer my question but simply kept stating it was policy. The manager herself was a piece of work. How on earth she was put in charge to deal with people is beyond me not a once of professionalism in Mrs Clinton at st robert location. As a disabled veteran I have issues but kept my calm no profanity voice down simply asking a question. I walked out no biussness of mine will be done with this bank! the unprofessionalism was ridiculous!!! I would not recommend anyone let alone a veteran using this bank go to Maries County bank and they will treat you right. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a bank in my 41 years of life. 0/10 do Not recommend!!! Never have I felt so degraded no respect given to me as a veteran or just a normal civilian. Will be closing the wife's account as soon as possible. Reached out to regional manager still awaiting a call from them.

Thanks to The Bank of Missouri I have more wiggle room for personal and business purchases. Whether I need the credit cards for use, to establish a bigger line of credit, or credit score increases, The Bank of Missouri has had my back. Thank you for helping me open doors to financial opportunity and growth.

I recvd a pre-approved letter in the mail so I called to see how legit it was. I was transferred 4 times and none of them could tell me anything. Finally someone was on the link with a heavy Latin accent and I couldn't understand them. I slowed down my speech to about 10% and I could not get the lady to answer the simplest question . After 10 minutes I became impatient since I could not gain any ground. I did manage to get her to tell me that the name of the bank is The Bank Of Missouri and it is located in St Robert MO. This matches up and it is FDIC. HOWEVER... that doesn't mean that's who I'm talking to on the phone and since I couldn't get any other questions answered, I found it too risky to give me personal information. If anyone else can clear this up or verify their legitimacy for me, I'd appreciate it.

Received a credit card offer for an Aspire credit card with NO credit check required. Weird, I think, but thought I'd take the chance. Didn't need the credit card, but it couldn't hurt to have another.Wham, bang, thank-you-ma'am, they did a credit check that week. Am I surprised a credit card needed a credit check? No.Am I surprised they were so unashamedly evil to LIE and DECEIVE to obtain another customer, here in the heartland? YES.--------------------------In all fairness to this branch's employees, they had nothing to do with the above. I am sure the credit card offers are distributed by their corporate location.

Everyone at the St Robert branch has been helpful and polite. I had a few issues to get worked out when I first opened the account but they took care of everything. I've been to Rolla a few times and felt welcome there as well. For the negative reviews knocking the interest rates, ATMs, etc....if you don't want the card don't take it. Others may appreciate the credit offer. Banks offer a variety of options so they have something to meet everyone's needs. Expect to pay ATM fees outside your bank's network. It's no secret that's how ATMs work.

They are the worst bank ever for credit cards, I paid my credit card off two months ago and they still have not released my available credit they have it on a "security hold" pretty crooked I think.

Bank of Missouri has friendly, knowledgeable staff. Since I opened my business account in September 2020, bank personnel have reached out to me three times by telephone to check on my banking needs for my business. I have also received several personalized cards with a real, hand written note by bank personnel to follow up on my account needs. The extra step this bank takes to be personable and real has been a blessing in the current fast paced, app only state of our world. The technology options the bank offers have been benefited by a human working relationship. Thank you :)

I have a Fortiva Credit Card which states The Fortiva Credit Card and Fortiva Retail Credit products are issued by The Bank of Missouri, St. Robert, MO. ©2021. All rights reserved. WE ARE GOING THROUGH A NATIONAL PANDEMIC I WAS 5 DAYS LATE ON A PAYMENT AND THEY CHARGED ME 40.00 LATE FEE, AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT SOME RELIEF FOR COVID THEY BASICALLY SAID SINCE I MADE MY PAYMENT AND I WAS CURRENTLY WORKING I WAS SOL, THEY COULD ONLY PUT ME ON A COVID POLICY IF I WAS OUT OF WORK....THE REPS ARE ALL IN INDIA WHEN YOU CALL ON THE PHONE. HOPEFULLY THE BANK DIRECTLY CAN DO SOMETHING RATHER THAN FORTIVA CUSTOMER SERVICE.
