When I first walked into the store I was graded by an employee named Jessye. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable even while I was asking ridiculous questions about phone service. She was knowledgeable about her products. she transferred all of my prior phones information to my new phone and made the whole process so easy for me. I highly recommend US Cellular and when you go in ask for Jessye she is amazing!

Jessye was amazing and helped me and my fiancé get the phones we wanted. She went above and beyond and was able to find the perfect fit for us all. All the employees are wonderful and I would definitely recommend coming here!

Ariel was very patient with me on the phone and answered all of my questions. Once I got to the store, Josiah was remarkable! After overcoming a few hurdles, he was able to get my new phone set up, data and photos transfered, etc. I learned so much from Josiah and greatly appreciated his patience and dedication to me as a customer. Both of these employees should be commended for their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction! Great experience and looking forward to using my NEW PHONE!?

Us what are you doing with US cellular in Saint Robert Missouri has the best employees I’ve ever ran into for customer service. They receive a five star rating from me because they are prompt very smart and professional people to whom this may concern think if I was their employer, I would be very proud of them.

Absolutely, will not deal with this location ever again was lied to on two phone deals and after a fight since September on another phone deal just now trying to get somewhere on that credit for the months i have had this phone. I will drive to Lebanon to get things handled and if they do not i will go with another provider. Just crazy they are quick to turn off someones phone but when it comes time to pay out boom lets fight for that one!!!!!!!
