I went with my mother in law and we both got the basic pedicure and manicure. I had two separate people and they both rushed the service. The lady that did my mother in law’s pedicure and manicure took her time which would have been nice. Not sure if it’s because they assumed I was not paying and wanted to give her more attention in hopes she tipped better or what, but this was the first time I’ve had my nails done since 22’ and it was a disappointing experience.

I was really surprised at how close they got to the pictures that we brought in.
I went in with my three granddaughters they all have pictures of they want done on their nails. I did the dip and I had some artwork done and my granddaughters got tips and they got designs done they were very pleasant, professional, all the stuff that were there I had one guy who did my pedicure. He was really nice and then Jazmin did my dip powder on my design on my nails. She’s a sweetheart.
we stayed till late because of the time we got there, we ended up being there till they were closing. I saw how they were cleaning up as they were finishing up with me. Some of the other ladies were cleaning and they were very clean and I like that a lot it was my first time there because I’m new to this area. I just moved here recently from Florida and I was very pleased honestly.

Stephanie did my nails. They were by far the best nails I have ever gotten. she did exactly how I wanted them and she took her time. The other workers are friendly and will keep you entertained.

It was so relaxing and my nail tech (boss) worked so quickly and effortlessly and made my nails look so natural and beautiful. I enjoyed my time there so much. I needed the relaxing time and professionalism of his quality work absolutely give 5 star review. Thank you VIP Nails.

I am officially done with this nail salon. While my previous experiences were acceptable, my most recent visit was disappointing and frustrating. I went in this past weekend for a manicure and eyebrow wax, and it did not go well at all.
First, I arrived and was directed to a pedicure station when I specifically requested a manicure. When I clarified that I only wanted a manicure, I was met with instant attitude from Sandy. They had me wait for 15 minutes with my nails in acetone and went to work on another customer, then switched me to a different nail tech after I showed him my desired design. He said he could do gel, but then another tech, Sandy, insisted on acrylic only, which I reluctantly accepted.
The nail tech I ended up with did not clean my cuticles, push back my nail beds, or buff my natural nails. The whole process felt like my nails were being manhandled, which was painful and left residue on my skin. When it came time for my eyebrow wax, I asked for a simple cleanup of the top and bottom. Instead, she waxed off a quarter of my right brow and didn’t even tweeze afterward, forcing me to fix it at home.
To top it all off, when I asked for change for a $20 bill, the technician brought me back $10, tipping herself without my permission. This was the final straw. I will not be returning to this salon.

Customer service is not the best. Depending on how much you tip that is the service you receive. They do walk in and they never turn you away. But sometimes they take too many customers and forget about the ones they currently in. I waited for almost 2 hours. I got here before 1:00 pm and now it is 2:58 pm. I wish for a closer place to get a decent pedicure. 😕

The lady there is rude and abrasive.Sandy runs the place and needs to be replaced. But I tried several times because I just moved here. They do good pedicures. However nobody did a good job on acrylic nails. I’m not paying $40 for a terrible job

I'm very disappointed, and I do not recommend. There are much better options in St Robert.
Requested style: 1. Requested a gel manicure and in efforts to save products used, they only applied one coat of nail polish.
2. Products used must be subpar or my manicurist provided faulty service. It was peeling by the next day.
Cleanliness: 1. I got my eyebrows done and had to request the towel to be changed from the previous customer.
2. Tools are only rinsed in water and not disinfected.
The state board of cosmetology needs to check this place out!
