Better rules are needed for the pick list employees. They constantly block the aisles either while picking product or stopping and chatting with other employees,blocking the entire aisle.

There is an older employee that is still working there that has had many complaints about the way she treated customers. I personally saw her yell and scream at a elderly woman and she is still there, nothing was done about it apparently. I guess at Walmart you can treat your customers how you want. I'm so sure Sam Walton is rolling in his grave! Glad that Walmart cares about the customers that made their fortune. I talked to a front store lead, because the store manager apparently didn't have time to come out and talk with me. What a joke!

Only place that had a particular item. So, every so often, I end up at Walmart.Still, it aggravates me that I have to check out my own purchase. I prefer people over computers. And don't even ask for my receipt at the door. If they want to see it, they should have rang it up.

A week ago, today, I left the store extremely upset. I had walked in for a lighter, grabbed a pack and got in line. Mind you, it was pretty busy, I haven’t seen a Walmart that busy in a while. As I’m standing in line, the man in front of me said “hey man, you can go ahead” and so I did just that. As I’m walking to the self checkout, an older lady employee started yelling and approaching me pretty aggressively. I understand the confusion, but it took me a lot out of me to control myself because of the aggressive demeanor. I wasn’t impressed.

My recent encounter with Walmart's customer service left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite reaching out to their 1-800 number as suggested, I was met with a series of unhelpful interactions, culminating in a frustrating and fruitless experience.Upon contacting Walmart's 1-800 number, I expected to receive assistance in resolving an issue with my order. However, instead of a swift resolution, I was repeatedly transferred from one representative to another, with each individual seemingly unable to address my concerns. The lack of a coherent and effective support system led to a sense of frustration and futility as I was left in a loop of unproductive interactions.Originally called The 1 800 number because of the last minute price increase on my pick order. If it was a mistake on my part I was willing to accept that, but they didn't even give me that ability to do so. I've had many issues with this Walmart before but this time I felt like it was just a little ridiculous. To be fair it was more than 1-800 number that broke the Camel'd back. Is just frustrating to realize if you do have an issue with Walmart here you will get no help

Horrible....this trip was one for the books!! It was all bc of the cashier. She was young, had a bandaid on her nose that she wouldn't stop playing with, and not one bit of brain cells!! She stopped scanning my $500 order about half way thru. After about 2 to 3 minutes of her standing there watching me work, I asked her why she stopped. She needed another cart. I said oh ok, let me go get that, you know since I work here. I went and got it, then I asked how long she would have stood there before she went and got the cart? She said I'm not allowed to leave. I said your not allowed to speak either? You could have asked someone, or even said something to me the customer who doesn't work for walmart. 1st major red flag there. Then she couldn't take my payment. Got the cashier next to her, who is allowed to move and speak to fix that. I kept trying to tell her it's a debit card not a gift card. Had she just hit debit and not gift we would have been done. 2nd red flag. Then there's the final issue, had to get the manager for this part, all while the cashier is now crying. Which I have at this point no mercy for, I have a 3year old that could handle this. She totals me out. I use my card then she tells me I owe 2.58. I said why I just paid. She says bc it didn't pay for my kraft sliced cheese. I said you scanned it. It's on the receipt. Oh then it must be your lays chips. I said stop right now!! I just paid for everything. The manager comes. Tells me it scanned my chips but didn't py for them....I said they was item 30 how can I pay for everything else but not those particular chips? They don't know but we can take them off and you can pay for them seperate. I said I've already paid. Manager then says we can refund everything BUT the chips and rescan everything else and see if that works. I said you've lost your damn mind!! I just spent an hour checking out we are not doing it again. I left. Left it all sitting. This is the second time at that walmart a cashiers incompetence has caused hour long delays. This place is a joke.

The only reason we go to Wal-Mart is a lot of the employees are friendly, and it's one of the only places to shop. They do kot keep things in stock, you have look at the expiration date on food because they will sell out dated food...

I got the wrong product so they told me they would ship the right one . That was last week So I called them back and they said we are not shipping you another. I'd like to know what is going on . I just know the one they sent doesn't look brand new and it a different brand name.no extra chain or chain gard oil any of the one I ordered had . Very Disappointed in on line shopping.
