I have been a customer for over 10 years. My insurance skyrocketed this month. I called to inquire as to why this happened. I was told that I should just shop around. Tom told me the company only gives new customers better insurance rates and I would probably have better luck with another company.I haven’t had a problem in the whole time I have been with the company. This is horrible horrible business. I will definitely be shopping around!

I just now forgot the name of the guy i was talking too! but he was an amazing guy super friendly was straight up with me and helped me get an amazing understanding! Absolutely love the costumer service !

Very nice people work here. Though when I phoned to inquire about tour books I found out that as of 2021 they are no more, that's great for the environment but digital isn't always accessible. Also, since it is my daughter's first time traveling by herself with AAA card I asked is there information on the places where she will be traveling. And there was literally dead air. I mentioned I went on the website and was told \\\"yeah, maybe you'll find something there.\\\"
