It's just a glorified ATM. There are no tellers. There's 2 ATM's on a wall and a couple desks in an open room. I'm assuming those are the bankers? I wouldn't be comfortable discussing financial information in such an open format. Need change? Too bad. Need to turn in rolls of coins? No can do. There's no drive through. It's flu season but I guess they just want you to come on in to this 12x12 room to make your deposit. I stuck with First Bank when they sold all the banks in my area a few years ago. I thought it was worth the 1hour and 10minute drive from Washington County to still have a quality bank. I'm now rethinking that decision. The old building still felt like a small town friendly bank. I asked about a couple things at the new location and they pointed me in the direction of a different First Bank. If this is the future of banking with this company, I don't think it's the right company for me.

I’ve used First Bank my entire life, but I’m switching after this location changed. I’m only 24 and even I don’t want to use video chat to speak to a teller. I go to a physical location for a reason - to talk face to face with my banker. I miss my normal tellers. I miss the drive-thru ATM. I miss being able to change out rolls of change. The other day I used the ATM inside, and saw an elderly person come inside, look at the ATM for a few moments, and walk back out because it was too complicated. They say they changed to protect tellers from robberies - I believe them, but I’ve literally never heard of a bank robbery happening in south county? Is it really that big of an issue that you changed your entire baking style for it?

This is no longer a "real" bank. First Bank closed the full bank location, just as they have with most of the other branches in the area. This location has a couple office people on staff, but all the teller work is handled by the video ATMs. I have a small business account with them and now I can no longer do something has simple as get change rolls from my bank. The only branches that are still "real" full banks are further north and inconvenient to me. I am seriously considering closing my account (even though that is also an annoying amount of trouble).

Never had a problem with this location, been banking with them for years. Mobile deposits are a godsend, and the ladies inside are always helpful and kind.

Great bank. Despite limited “inside” banking hours currently (which can be had, with a phone call prior), and given the covid issue, I’m not sure who didn’t like their service. I’ve been banking there for over 20 years. No problems. I had an account at a bank across the street from them. LOTS of problems. That’s why I switched. I’ve NEVER had any problem with First Bank.

Worst bank in the area. With all the options within a mile, there is no reason to bank here. Its an odd mix of crabby old ladies and young people who don't want to help you. I encourage going to the credit union down the road.

Made a payment to this bank and 19 days later still not posted. Called and they misplaced,or somehow never properly scaned in system. Payment made in person, handed to teller at this branch..Had to call mortgage company to straighten out the mess.. Third time i've had issues with First bank.
