Went this past week and got a pedicure for myself and son. Prices on website show 33-38, but charge was 40.00 each. Didn’t take the clear polish on my toes off first and the polish that was put on was good, but what was on my skin was just wiped off and not with remover. I took care of it at home. Liked that chairs were separate from regular salon- but they were old and broke. Not well maintained.Source of pricing was website

Extra charges not communicated when subbing services. I have dip nails and was not told it was a $40 upgrade on natural nails. I then asked if this white color (which they only have about 10 choices) would yellow in the sun….I was told it wouldn’t…and i was in the sun for 2 hours today…I now have 1 yellow thumb and the others aren’t far behind which means I’ll have to get them redone this week because YUCK!! Then, I was up charged just to have my daughters hair washed and braided because they don’t do tips on nails and she wanted nails and wasn’t told of that up charge, she didn’t even have a blowout like she subbed. Very unorganized atmosphere. Paid $600 for a relaxing and fun filled day with daughter for her birthday and we got a couple cards for pedicures….when I don’t even live anywhere near there. Do better for ur clients! Will not be back.

I have had multiple massages with different masseurs and each was very good. I highly recommend. You definitely get your money’s worth.

Brianna did a wonderful job on my hair color and cut. She took the time to listen to my long-term plans for my hair, look at my inspiration pics, show me color swatches, make recommendations, etc. The final result was exactly what I asked for, and the price was very reasonable compared to similar competitors in the area.

Expected have a nice hair cut and style for my daughter, but turned to the exact opposite. I would not recommend at all. My daughter came home crying from her haircut. And tell me what hair salon does not dry a costumers hair well after the haircut?? Unless someone wants to come here to get ruined, dont ever come here. Amazing for effort, Failed for everything else.

The staff is always helpful and they definitely care about the customer. My wife scheduled a massage for me and I liked it so much she made me another appointment. On the second appointment, the therapist was able to get me some pain relief in my leg that's been bothering me for years. I'll definitely be back!

Scroll through the reviews and just read some of the responses this place gives to those who leave negative reviews. Total “Red Flag”. No professional business would EVER reply with such immaturity and unprofessionalism. Before you schedule any service, ask if the person they schedule you with is licensed in the service they are providing you. Particularly if you are scheduling a message. Ask if they are a licensed massage therapist since they are providing massage services. And if you ever think of applying there, please don’t. The owner should be in jail as he is a thief and a con artist! He will take advantage of you, bully you, and manipulate you. The IRS needs to investigate him.

I went to New Seasons Spa this past Sunday and I was not overly impressed. My appointment time was for 11:15, the text confirming my appointment says 11:15. I was informed by a friend also going that it was at 10 and I had to race there. Due to this error, I lost out on over 30 minutes of my 1 hour massage. The facial was fine, I was maybe expecting more than some product rubbed onto my face. The manicure and pedicure felt fine. I still had a lot of dead/dry skin on my feet and toes that probably should have been taken off, that wasn’t that big of a deal though. But literally the same day, one nails polish peeled off and then the next day the rest of the polish peeled off. I did nothing and put no product on my hands to cause this. For advertised 4 hours of spa day for $190, I was overall disappointed that I was 30 minutes late to a time that wasn’t communicated to me, I would say I spent about 40 minutes total between services waiting on the next service, and from walking in to walking out I was there a total of 3 hours. I don’t feel I received my moneys worth on time or service quality. The only reason I gave two stars is because I thought the ladies doing the service were very sweet and nice.Services: Pedicure

I love a few of the girls I've had here, and love the range of services offered. The employees are all friendly, the place is clean with a nice atmosphere. The services are a bit over priced in comparison to many other salons album for the most part its a fairly nice salon.

We used New Seasons Salon & Spa for our wedding day beauty needs as well as for a spa day beforehand. When I searched for wedding hair and makeup artists about 6 months before our wedding, we found that the majority of the more reputable artists were already booked. I came across New Seasons in my search online, and the reviews were mixed. We needed someone who could come to our venue the day of our wedding, but we only needed hair and makeup done for myself, as our bridesmaids were doing their own. This was limiting when looking for artists, as many had a required minimum amount to book. New Seasons did not, which I was grateful for, and which is why we ultimately booked with them.I ended up getting a hair and makeup trial done before my engagement photos, and we also booked a his and hers spa day the week of the wedding. The overall experience was definitely mixed. Bri, who did my hair and makeup, was very friendly and also accommodating with the hairstyle that I wanted done. She showed up on time on the wedding day and brought an assistant to help, which was great. They did a good job overall with the hair and makeup, but we were extremely short on time due to limited time allowed at the venue for setup leading up to the wedding, This did not seem to be taken much into account as the hair and makeup was getting done. The assistant applied the eyelashes, and she took them on and off four times before deciding they were okay. There also were a number of makeup items such as mascara that they did not bring with them, as they said other people in the salon either took all of them or took the "good" ones for larger weddings happening that day. Luckily I had some extra makeup with me, but this was definitely not something one would expect when paying for bridal makeup. When we visited the salon itself, it was outdated and showed some pretty major wear and tear. It does not feel new and modern, and it looked like different areas of the salon were a bit neglected (cracked glass in a door, stains in carpet, etc.). The salon offers a variety of services, which is nice, but it seems to come at the cost of the level of quality, with them spreading their services too thin rather than taking a more specialized approach. When we went to pay for our services there was a lot of confusion about the amount owed, and it didn't seem that the staff members were on the same page when assessing our account. The staff was friendly overall, hence the three stars, but the salon could definitely use some upgrades and a little more professionalism in the delivery of their services.

My husband and I went here for a spa package today. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. My massage therapist (melissa) has magic hands and she also did a wonderful job on my facial. The ladies who did our mani/pedi (Raven and mcKayla) were so friendly and personable. We had wine and great conversation. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.Services: Pedicure

I cannot warn people away from New Seasons Salon and Spa enough. I went in for wedding hair and makeup trial and could not even go into a store the way I looked. My hair and makeup look better on a daily basis when I do next to nothing with it. I was in a wedding the previous weekend with comparable prices and the hair and makeup were stunning. The comparison is laughable. I paid 160$ to be severely disappointed. The staff were pleasant…. but I could not ever imagine showing up to my wedding day that way. I called to cancel for the day of. Explained I was canceling because I was disappointed and was abruptly hung up on. Save your money and look elsewhere.Service: Bridal services

The message and facial was good but the lady that did my manicure pedicure was not professional I had to make her take all the polish off and redo my hads. It seemed like she was racing the other lady that was doing my sisters nails and we waited 20 to 30 minutes in between each session and the only thing they served us was water not wines and chocolate like prescribed. Not worth the drive or money we spent. Bad way to celebrate our birthdays
