Very underwhelmed. They lack attention to detail.
We just wanted our master bath, guest bath and kitchen floor deep cleaned. They rushed through, had to come back twice more (which I paid for) and told us we’d have to finish cleaning the shower ourselves, they didn’t have the time. Every time they were here they rushed through the job. We asked to clean the oven last time and they did, but somehow opened and left open all our kitchen cabinets.

I hired this cleaning company to provide a thorough clean of a unit that had already been deep cleaned and was rent-ready for the next tenant. Unfortunately, I did not supervise the house cleaners as I assumed they would do their job properly, especially since the apartment was completely empty.
Despite their claims on their website to clean out basements and make them spiderweb-free, I was disappointed to see that they neglected to dust the ceiling fan in the living room, clean the top of the refrigerator in the kitchen, and left the bathroom in need of additional cleaning. The basement was also left in a less than satisfactory condition.
Overall, I was not impressed with the service provided by this company and would not recommend them to others.
I gave them a two star because they showed up.
Let me add the woman who answered the phone offered a $20 refund of what I was charged, but I have yet to receive that.

It was easy to contact Scrubby Dutch and reserve a time for cleaning. I really like being able to talk to someone on the phone and coordinate the structure of cleaning my home. The ladies arrived on time and did exactly what I asked them to do. In fact, they did more than I expected. I am looking forward to a long run with this cleaning service.

We hired Scrubby Dutch for a heavy clean for a move in. I wish I had been able to come check the work but was unable to until a few days later. I’m disappointed that the exterior of the microwave remained greasy and dirty underneath and on the sides. The back panel of the water dispenser of refrigerator was dirty. The interior of the dishwasher hadn’t been touched. I was hoping for a spotless clean, but there are areas I’ll now tackle myself. I’ll chalk some of this up to communication, as my husband handled everything.

We have been very pleased with the Scrubby Dutch Cleaning company and especially with our two regulars, Toni and Melissa. They are thorough, efficient and easy with whom to work. They listen to me when I ask about areas that I need special cleaning.

I requested a deep cleaning. 2 cleaners came and said they were done in about an hour. I had to ask them to clean the glass tables, couch and other area in the family room that were still dusty. I was informed they had me down as a standard cleaning. I had to call their office and was told I wasn't scheduled for a deep cleaning. The regular cleaning was not still not that good. I specifically asked them to clean ceiling fan, judge for yourself. . I did give the 2 cleaners $25 tip for each one because they were very nice and understanding of my frustration. I don't get many days off during the week so it was important for me to get this done on a Monday holiday. I won't use this cleaning service company every again

Not a good cleaning company, not very thorough did a poor job cleaning. Floors still dirty and sticky, windows dirty. Did a mechanical job but did not go beyond that. Definitely not a German style cleaning.

I've been using Scrubby Dutch since my previous cleaning service went out of business at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Scrubby Dutch managed to keep their business open during a time when staffing had to be difficult for them, as it was for most businesses. At first, I wasn't completely satisfied, but they addressed my issues promptly. I gave them a little time and they turned things around and I commend them for that! They are reliable, professional, honest and do a good job!

No Stars but without one you cannot post. Do not use this service. I had to show them the dirt they left all over the floor after they "mopped"- most of which could have been picked up by a broom but wasn't. All they did was move dirt around the floor, not wipe down the counters, table or any of the end tables. Stay for 50 minutes and put their hand out for a check.Service: General housekeeping
