“Had a wonderful experience inside the outlets here! Went to the Lululemon and they were amazing and helpful in finding what I needed, they were also helpful at Louis Vuitton as well! Recommend this place if you love the luxury stuff! They even have a small theatre for movies! Great location”

“The plethora of stores gives the opportunity to get almost everything you need.
I visit the Joann's here regularly. It's a great store with great employees. The Ross and Dollar Store are great as well. All the stores I've shopped here have been clean, well stocked, and the employees are really nice.”
“It's super nice when it's nice outside. Being an outdoor mall, it kind of depends on it. Great selection of stores. Not really any deals but great factory only selection”

“Some of the staff are slightly snooty. Meaning gruff staff shouldn't interact with customers and should stick to fronting the shelf's (which this location is notorious for not being concerned that stock is left pushed way back on the shelves and you might need to dig for the last couple bottles 'if' their count is accurate.)
Couldn't seem to help in checking if another store had something they were out of stock on but commented 'Other stores should have that in stock if we don't.'
Why not go the extra mile an say: Would you like me to check availability at another location since we are out or our count is wrong?”
“We were coming back from lunch on Saturday afternoon, and as we crossed Kirkwood Rd (Lindbergh), I saw these cars. We found parking and walked over. Unfortunately, these were the only vehicles on display. Nice tho.”

“The visit to schnucks was good. Found everything I needed. All the workers were friendly. The prices were up, but they are everywhere now so, I can't blame that on them. Overall good though.”
“The store itself was clean and very well stocked, organized, and signs pointing you in the right direction when you're trying to find items. My only snafu was Jordan, the cashier. She was extremely rude. When walking into her line while she is checking someone out, she tells my husband and I to stop. There's no reason why or anything just stop. Then, when we reached her register, she was not friendly at all. She did not speak to us just rang our 3 items up. As I tried leaving the lane, there were 2 carts in my way, so I tried pushing them to the side. Now, whatever would I do that for? Jordan stopped ringing up the customer behind us and snatched the carts from me, only to push them to the side and talk with a co-worker who was doing her job. Mind you, the customer, she was ringing up still standing there waiting for her to finish ringing him so he could leave. My 1st job was Schnucks grocery store on South Grand and gravouis. Dan Ditmier was my boss. Craig Shaffer was regional. I know this attitude this young lady displayed isn't the Schnucks brand”
“first time here to see asian store market. they have selected varieties. you'll see different ethnic foods. watch close on dates on the products. Also manufacture. i always look @ dates before i buy the products. i like it and be back.”
“My birthday was the first week of November, and my partner of seven years gave me a pair of pants and a shirt both from JC Penny. I loved the gray slacks, but the shirt was just not my style. I returned the shirt and got a gift card. Before I left the store, I found a beautiful green flannel shirt and had enough to buy a six pack of Gold Toe athletic socks, the best socks ever made. And I still have money on the gift card!”
“Whomever does the leasing on this mall does a fantastic job. This mall seems so filled and lively, which nowadays is a rarity. I love how clean and well-put together this space is, and how I never leave disappointed. Thank you for keeping physical malls alive, and thank you for doing your job so well.”
“I mostly frequent the Dollar Tree at this center. For the most part this Dollar Tree stays well stocked. Although lately ALL STL county Dollar Tree's have been having an issue getting toilet paper delivered and keeping it stocked. I can't remember the name of it now, but the snow cone stand at the corner of the center, that is open Spring through late Fall, is a great place for a cool treat on a warm day. My favorite is the Purple Rain with condensed milk. There are 2 fairly newish stores, a liquor store and a vape store, that seem to stay busy and bring more foot traffic to the shopping center.”
“Except it being an ultimate targeted area where the cops shop to fill their monthly quotas..( That which apparently could be argued otherwise)I would LovE to feel the freedom of wasting, spending and investing my money back into my community in this local area.”
“This is honestly the BEST mall in the St. Louis area! It is filled with some of the best stores and workers! But the one thing that I cannot brag enough about is the mall security! They are amazing and super on top of things! Overall, we love you West County Mall!!!”
“Pros: A good eclectic variety of stores, shops, and restaurants.Cons: Not enough handicap parking, really high curbs for people that have a tough time "high stepping" curbs, and older shoppers”
