Great customer service, absolutely great! I needed to get a prescription for pain filled for my dog who is suffering from arthritis as well as kidney stones. Having tried other pharmacies first, I went to The Medicine Shoppe. They did not have the medicine there so I headed out to find another pharmacy. That was when the owner, Melissa, stopped me and said that she thought the Chesterfield location might have the meds. Melissa was right, she called and confirmed that Chesterfield had the meds, then she drove to Chesterfield, which is like a 45 minute drive, got the prescription filled and delivered to my house that same evening. I doubted any other pharmacy would do anything like that. I will use the Medicine Shoppe from now on.

Great staff and service. Thank you for being efficient, professional and friendly while being busy, what a concept! I plan to move my Rx to this pharmacy.

Traveling and called GoodRx to get a prescription online (I have my own insurance, used GoodRx as the weather was bad and couldn't get to an urgent care. Chose this pharmacy based on GoodRx recomendations and was told the prescription would cost $11 and some change. I could have sent it elsewhere but chose this shop for convenience. Upon getting there, I was asked to pay $54 and change. I showed my Good Rx discount code and the 'best the pharmacist could do for me was ' $25.99. What a racket. GoodRx should stop referring people to this pharmacy if this is what is going to happen. My own insurance would have covered it almost entirely. Shame on them!

I needed a nebulizer for my child. Called the store beforehand to check inventory. Also asked if a picture of the prescription would work since I left the paper prescription at home. I was told to come in and it will work. But when I came in and showed them the picture prescription they told me it won't work. Hearing that, I specifically mentioned the picture of the prescription also has the doc's phone number on it but they said nothing. So I had to get the paper prescription and come back, which was almost 1 hr. The worst part: when I was paying for the nebulizer the staff told me I didn't have to get the paper prescription, just had to call the doc. Why didn't they mention it before?! Were they that absent-minded the whole time? Their remarks at the end felt like rubbing salt into the wound.

Even if they don’t have my prescriptions ready when I get there, they don’t turn me away and they get them ready quickly. Way better service than Walgreens or CVS where they tell you to come back in an hour and it’s still not ready

Exceptional pharmacy technicians and pharmacists! Prior to the pandemic the Med Shoppe in Chesterfield was my pharmacy and since I was working from home I had to switch to Walgreens which was the worst decision ever. I was able to find out the same owner as the Chesterfield store owns this location and happily switched. The whole team @ this location are absolutely wonderful! They were able to get a medication filled that Walgreens kept saying needed a PA & they couldn't obtain it the same day they transferred it from Walgreens.If you are looking for a pharmacy that actually has customer service and will exceed your expectations this is it. This location also has staff who speaks Bosnian and a few speak Russian (nice to know if English isn't your native language). I cannot speak highly enough of these folks.

So lucky to have Medicine Shoppe Gravois (on Gravois, in Sappington) in my neighborhood. The entire staff is great; professional, efficient, accommodating and friendly. And a bonus that they deliver my meds with such charming, friendly delivery associates. They wowed me again today! ? ? ?⚕️

Everyone at the Sappington location is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are great to work with and it makes me wonder why it took so long to pick them as my pharmacy.

The customer service at this pharmacy is AMAZING! I won’t go anywhere else. They are so helpful and accommodating. They also deliver and are great at reminding me to refill my prescriptions.

A special THANK YOU for the extra effort it took to get pain meds to me. The pain was extreme after my fall and I had to call my doctor for something stronger. It was late in the day when you got the prescription, but you delivered it to me in a very short time.I'm so glad I switched to Medicine Shoppe after a change in the pharmacy I previously used did not work out well. You now have all my prescriptions on auto refill so I can relax knowing I will have them when I need them.And I know that should another emergency occur, I can count on you.

Medicine Shoppe was a life saver last week. The Sappinton location had a prescription I really needed and no one else had it in stock! The staff and pharmacist were very friendly and helpful. They also have delivery available.

I have been to many pharmacies over the years and the Medicine Shoppe on Sappington is by far the best. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Nick the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about my medical needs.

Used to be good. Not anymore. One would think that they would want repete customers, knowing exactly what one has filled every single month . Knowing how important the medication is, and making sure it's in stock every single month without any problems. They have gotten so bad over the past several months Just ridiculous...
