Every time I check out here, the cashiers (esp the taller guy with white hair) are too busy on their phones or chatting with each other to say so much as thank you.Half the vacuums are broken, too.

I like most tidal wave locations, this one in particular has some issues. I paid for the wash and interior. When I got to the end the interior guys were nowhere to be found. I tracked them down and found them doing drugs in their car, so I couldn’t really trust them to perform the interior service.

Pulled in at night and the gas station attendant told me it was prepaid so I ran my card for the prepay and twenty dollars popped up. After I pumped the gas I pulled away and he ran out and stopped me. He said the prepaid amount was his. Why would he have not stopped me from pumping the gas sooner? Why did he wait to flag me down after and not before? Why not tell me to move my car? This place is clearly hiring workers that can’t communicate clearly and may even be running a scam. Stay away and get gas up the road.

The basic wash was always $7. It wasn't a good wash but for $7, it was worth running through there every month or so. As of January 2024, they raised it over 40% to $10. It's definitely not worth $10. There are plenty of other options on Lindbergh or Watson.

Heres the result after a 22 dollar car wash. It didnt just leave swirls, the brush they were using scratched the paint off of the car. Rear wasnt even cleaned properly. NEVER AGAIN am i doing an auto wash

The kids were rummaging through my car with their sticky fingers and just looking at them frankly made me very uncomfortable. While they were working on my car I saw the kids go under my car and detach my catalytic converter with butcher knifes. I was walking up to one of the children who was holding my catalytic converter with one hand until I saw his other hand on his pistol. Scary place, scary place.

I stopped in for a cash wash and there was still dirt all over my car. When I showed it to one of the employees he asked if I had a monthly wash contract so that I could just go through again. Why would I want a monthly contract to compensate for their poor cash wash?He did take a towel and try to wipe off the dirt but it was useless because how much dirt remained. He asked his manager but they refused to rewash my car, which seems like the easiest solution.I will never use Tidal Wave again. There are too many other options that want you to have a good experience

I went to get a one time car wash, was asked about a membership, told them NO. Made it very clear this was a one time car wash charge for $10. Then just saw my card was charged for $35 a month later. Worst business practice ever, and it’s a scam. No one ever ever use this car wash.

Had a great experience at this location. Very friendly service, clean car and I was a happy customer. I was very disappointed to hear they are open on Christmas. Car wash works great, but when it comes to getting your windows cleaned on the inside save yourself the money and do it yourself. They need to send these kids through some kind of window cleaning course.
