“I purchased 2 storage units via an online auction at the Arnold, Mo location and the lady who worked there, Missy, was phenomenal. She was doing about 10 different things all at once and never skipped a beat. She was helping me (1st time purchasing a unit), renting a unit out to a teenager going to college, helping another getting there stuff out of storage and also running to another storage locker site for an auction (I think). Oh and answering the phones at the same time. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I hope this buisness know what they’ve got!”

“I've rented from this location a few times each year for many years. The personnel are always efficient, polite and friendly. The trucks are clean and in good condition. On this particular occasion, I accidentally left my cell phone in the truck - obviously the U-Haul staff couldn't call me, but when I went back to the store, they had my phone in hand and were waiting for me to show up. I absolutely recommend this U-Haul in particular to my family and friends.”
“This place was beyond my expectations. I parked my daughter car for summer break of college. The process was simple and fast. The service is rare. The only regret i have is I didn’t get the name of the great helpful lady at the front desk to mention her by name and thank her for being so nice, efficient and absolutely amazing. “The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Chuck’s installation work was clean, professional, and fast. I had installed the hitch myself and ended up having to manually re-thread one of the mounting points while lying in my driveway. I also tried installing a universal wiring harness, but couldn’t get it working correctly.
Chuck quickly removed my failed setup and installed the correct wiring harness in less than an hour. Everything works perfectly now. Any future hitch or wiring installs I need will go straight to Chuck. Highly recommended.”

“Rented a storage unit and bought moving materials from U-Haul at Kingshighway. The facilities are older, but the unit worked for my needs at reasonable price.
Each step of the way, desk staffers Kaley & Ciara were unfailingly polite, supportive and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience, but these ladies' interactions and transactions helped make buying supplies and storing my boxes more pleasant. I hope U-Haul values the contributions these two make to the customer experience!

The owner made sure I was on the road quickly after arriving, thoroughly went through estimated costs with me, and was accommodating to my schedule, as they closed at 1. Really just a stand up guy, doing business the right way. Will use for all my future truck rentals.”
“Loved this place. It’s so convenient that it’s also a gas station so you can fuel up before you go or when you get back! The pricing is perfect we only had the smaller truck for a few hours and paid $76. I recommend this place to anyone I talk too if they need a moving truck!”

“Ryder is generally reliable with good equipment. Note - there was not a lot of detail provided by the rental staff - definitely should ask lots of questions to learn how to operate the vehicle and accessories. There was no info on board the truck I rented. It can be intimidating if you don’t drive a truck frequently.”
“This location is doing the best they can with what they can get from corporate. Many of their issues are beyond their control. Corporate Budget/Avis need to get it together and support their contract locations better. They need to get all locations (especially the busy ones) the trucks and cars when requested, stop making excuses and stop sending all cars to the airport or to Chesterfield Airport. Corporate doesn’t play fair they play favorites, they need to realize how hard everyone is working for them! Their computer systems are beyond antiquated and it’s not the individual locations fault. The Avis/Budget computers don’t even communicate with each other. The steps they have to go through to rent customers cars is ridiculous and has nothing to do with the people behind the counter, it’s all corporate. How do I know this??? I rent cars every week and unfortunately Avis/Budget is our preferred vendor. It’s the same everywhere!”
