Website and app does not work for delivery. I live ONE mile away. They don't take delivery orders over the phone.

DO NOT get unleaded gas here. We filled up on a Thanksgiving road trip (2024) to eureka springs and broke down less than a mile away. We had to empty the tank manually ($300) and pay $400 for a tow to make it to eureka springs for the holiday. Crap gas.

Didn’t realize till after the purchase that the hostess muffin I bought was 2 weeks expired and molded. My fault I should have checked but I shouldn’t have to they should be restocking and throwing out expired goods. Not going back do better

Never has the pizza done when u order. Everytime I order and go up there to pick it up at the estimated time they are just putting it in. Not sure why they even have a online order option.

I’ve been in this Casey’s about 5 times over the last month between 6pm and 8pm. Only 1 out of the 5 times did they have any pizza available, which is the whole reason I went. I have a few Casey’s near my house that are ran much better. This appears to be ran by kids.. whenever I go in there are ppl just hanging out around the counter.. it’s weird

I bought 5 gallons of gasoline for my lawnmower and it wouldn’t run. I had to drain the gas out and get it somewhere else and it ran fine. The gas smelled rotten.

Slow to assist at register during early morning when everyone is trying to get in and out for work.
Ordered pizza online for the third time last week. All three times it was never prepared. If they are not monitoring online orders, it should not be an options.
Staff is always friendly, but that's the only plus.

Staff tries their best, lots of things out of order, coffee bar has been missing half n half for 3 weeks. The registers have issues and only one line can pay for gas and about 70% of the time the pay at the pump doesn't work....but they try.

I usually come in here to get everything I need for work but today's experience was most unpleasant. While my food was good, the customer service here is atrocious. Some woman (don't know her name) opens the door, looks mad that I'm there. Get my food and drinks and go to pay, she doesn't even say hello, ask me how my day was and honestly just didn't make me feel welcome as a customer. As someone who used to work for Casey's I know that customer service is a very stressed value, and if I continue to experience this, I'll just go down the road to Kum and Go and they can have my business.
