Bank Midwest has a wonderful team at its Savannah and St. Joseph Missouri locations. Customers have been with the bank for a number of years and find everyone to be very helpful and knowledgeable. A particular representative is noted as the best in the business, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and the friendliest. This person is the main reason some customers bank there, as she solves any issue and has helped families with a lot of things. The bank is considered very lucky to have such a representative, and customers hope she stays a long time. Overall, the experience is so positive that customers would not go anywhere else.
