We are 2nd generation family owned and operated meat processor. We custom process beef and have a full retail. Our retail features hand cut steaks and chops, in house made brats, cured bacon, breakfast sausage and marinated chicken breast. We make our own summer sausage, bologna and snack sticks. We are your Mom and Pop meat market with our kids here to help.
