Rhodes Convenience Store is a well-regarded truck stop and convenience store. The parking lot is free, decent, and not overly crowded, making it easier for trucks to park compared to major stops. The store itself is consistently described as very clean and well-maintained. Staff are repeatedly noted as friendly and helpful.
The store provides for various traveler needs, including clean, well-stocked showers with towels and toiletries. Food options are a highlight, with positive mentions of hot breakfasts, good pizza—including thin crust and specialty options—as well as snacks like brownies. It is considered a good spot for quick meals. The facility also offers coffee and other standard convenience items.
Some minor criticisms include the automatic bathroom taps being frustrating and pizza pricing being slightly high, which is acknowledged as typical for a truck stop. Overall, it is considered a reliable stop with friendly service, good food, and clean facilities, leading many customers to plan return visits.
