I like the insurance and the roadside service but the membership itself is way too high it needs to be lowered because of the economy and people that are don't have the money that can barely get by it needs to be lowered but I do love the insurance you pay it gets everything and I think it's great thank you very much

I was really disappointed,,I have been a member of AAAFor 28 years I wanted help with getting ticket to Gulfport, MI. I was trying to get to see my grand-daughter. I haven't been down to see her since they moved, there 6 years ago. They couldn't help me get to see my little princess

They transfer you from place to place to place. They do not issue refunds in a timely manner. They do not return voicemails text or emails and they pass the buck from person to person from state to state. It is fraudulent and it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am still debating with them with double homeowners coverage on my home with two different insurance companies because they will not cancel my policy and issue a refund for what I have already prepaid. My insurance agent is Heston Hankins and he is on vacation for the next two weeks after not returning emails or voicemails for 2 weeks. Tell me how does this company even stay in business? Well I can answer that. They took my money. They refused to give me documentation. They cancelled my policy while I was out of town on my vehicles without even texting me or calling me because they said they mailed me a statement to my house. Well I was out of town I was not home how could I get a statement and how could they cancel my policy without even contacting me by phone or text or voice mail or email? Totally unacceptable. Do not use AAA of Missouri or any other state.
