Went to buy a large mum. Lady at the register said I had to drag it in to the cash register. Very heavy and am 68. I love shopping here because I always get good advice. The young lady at the register should have been courteous enough to have someone help me. It was my birthday gift to myself. I can just do without this year. 😒

Manager was super helpful so was one clerk the first time I went there, second time I went neither one was there and when I asked about one item was told item was in 2 places could not find it in either place asked again and girl really did not understand what I was asking about, ask about water hose holder to put on the wall that holds your rolled up hose and was told no that they had never had anything like that, that they had to be on the ground never on the wall of garage. What is happening to this world that tried and true things are being abolished or young people having jobs without really knowing the items that have been in use for years. Finally gave up and left the store and will have to order online.

First time going here today & the cashier was completely dumb, she wasn’t helpful at all, they need more training so when a customer has a request they can try to help.

An independent Ace Hardware franchise which means if you need to return any purchases it must be done at that store, not at most other Ace Hardware stores. This store was small but had a good selection of merchandise. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and the store was impeccable in appearance!! Highly recommend!!!
