Wait time is ridiculously long. No matter what time I go there I have at least a 30 minute wait. Either more staff are needed or the ones that here need more education. The turnover is high and I seldom see a familiar face when I go there.

Where shall I start.1.) The AT&T representative at the Marshall, Missouri location FRAUDULENTY added a tablet and Apple watch to our account when we signed up for service back in July.2.) Immediately informed AT&T about this and the tablet was removed, but not the Apple Watch3.) Have fought with AT&T since day one about the charges for the service on the watch. Here we are 4 months, later, still being charged for the Apple Watch.4.) Went to the AT&T store in Sedalia, Missouri, and spoke to "Tara". Gave her the run down only to learn that "She couldn't help us and was given the number for the "loyalty" department.5.) After being on hold for 10 minutes, finally a live person, believe her name was "Sheena," absolutely worthless and no help.6.) 1 hour 9 minutes and 38 seconds later, finally got an "ICU ESCALATION TICKET" created, only to find out that it would be Wednesday the 29th of November, before I would know anything about the $140 in FRAUDULENT charges created by their employee.7.) AT&T WILL NOT give out information as to a physical address to send a legal summons to. But, Google knows!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!

It was very helpful and we didn’t have to wait long, but one thing is we had a glitch in the system and I almost got my phone for free, I was happy about it but I think att needs to fix that bug ?

I was at the AT&T store on June 27, 2023 and it was such a great experience. I’ve been an AT&T customer for several years and this was really wonderful. I went to the store to get a new phone and Francisco was very knowledgeable and helped me get a new phone as quick as possible. The store manager also came by to check and make sure everything was going very smoothly which I really appreciated. While I was there, I had a chance to use the restroom and I really liked the caricatures contest, that they had going on in the back. Francisco also helped me resynch my watch, and another associate, Brayan, made sure everything was in good working condition before I left. I would definitely recommend stopping by the store, because the customer service is outstanding

I visited this store to return a piece of equipment from DirecTV, as directed by DirecTV. However, when I visited the AT&t store it was explained to me that that is not true of every store, and I could not return the equipment there. I needed to take it to the post office myself. However, the agent that worked with me was very polite and helpful in answering some of my questions about DirecTV and he even went to the trouble of looking up some information for me when that isn't really his job. So I was annoyed with DirecTV that I had to go clear across town to the post office where I had just come from, but I don't blame that at all on the AT&t store. I have visited that store a number of times and they're always really very, very polite and very friendly and helpful.

Loved this store. Employee was very helpful, tho they didn't have a cheaper phone in-stock. Otherwise we would have traded there. Highly recommend.
