“Purchasing the custom leather seats for my 2021 Ford Escape was one of the best decisions I made for my vehicle. I initially wanted leather seats with heating and cooling when I bought the car, but I wasn't willing to pay an extra $6k to upgrade to the next trim level, especially since I already had the tech and sport package. After getting the seats done, they looked amazing and perfectly complemented my interior. I just wish they also offered leather for the door panels and middle armrest to elevate the look even further.
There were a few hiccups with the heating and cooling function on the driver’s side after the install, but Custom Auto was prompt in addressing the issue. When it stopped working again, they collaborated with the regional supervisor of Katzkin, who personally called me, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to cover the costs for a hotel, rental car, and meals while they replaced the entire system in the driver’s seat. Since I didn't want to miss work, I opted for them to cover my car rental for a week instead. Despite the minor setbacks, everything went smoothly, and everyone involved was extremely helpful and made the process easier.
I would absolutely recommend both companies and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. In fact, I’d do it again when I buy another vehicle if it doesn't come with the leather seats I want.”

“Collision Leaders of Sedalia did a great job on the work I needed done. I had to have a dent removed from my hood and the windshield replaced. It did take longer than anticipated but that was more on the insurance end of things. The collision shop kept me informed of everything through text message and I was able to open a link to see the status of where my vehicle was in the process of repairs along with what was being repaired and the cost.”
“I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to the team at the Sedalia, MO location. My husband had lost his phone while traveling, someone found it and took it to the AutoZone location in Sedalia, MO. When I called it, to my surprise and great relief, David answered it and informed me that it had been brought there by someone else. David then told me that they would be happy to send it to us since we live out of state. I was surprised by this gesture and offered to take care of the charges, but he said not to worry about it, that they were happy to be able to help. I called to confirm the shipment and Mike was so nice to check and informed me that it had been shipped. When it didn't arrive in a couple of days I called back and spoke with Levi who told me that he would see what he could find out since David wasn't at work. I called back yet again and spoke with David who informed me that there was a mix-up and the package had been sent back, but that he was getting it resent immediately. This resulted in us receiving the package the next day. ** I just want to say that these gentlemen never once made me feel like I was getting on their nerves or bothering them for calling so many times. They always treated me with the utmost of respect and concern. I know that if they treated an "on the phone" stranger with such kindness, I know that they are treating the customers that they see face-to-face with the same respect, care, concern and kindness. David, Mike and Levi make an AWESOME TEAM!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!! **”
