“My first experience with Alpha Auto was less than a positive one with miscommunication. But the owner reached out to me, apologized, and wanted to make up for it. He offered me another vehicle he knew I might be interested in at even a more discounted price. I was hesitant at first but I believe in second chances and it also meant something to me that he reached out to try to correct a mistake. I made another 2 hour trip there and I had the vehicle checked out by an independent third party. I was advised the vehicle was fixed very well and they were impressed with the quality work done. Vehicle is like new again with a great price. I now have no reserve to buy from them again and in fact I'm sure I will be buying another vehicle from them within the next year. Update: I have now bought a second vehicle from Alpha Auto and I'm totally happy with both vehicles.”

Had a bad experience with our Marshall location, Gary offered to set aside a set (I was on my way to the store and we couldn’t figure out how to prepay for them) this was about to be critical for my family, and I really appreciate his empathy and understanding. This was not a norm that they are SUPPOSED to do, but I’m grateful he cared and HEARD what we had just went through and found a reasonable solution.
