I received Fantastic service from Richard and Keara at the Boost Mobile store in Sadelia, MO. I was having so much trouble setting up my phone and phone service b7t they got it all situated and fix Thank you so much you guys. Go to them if you have any problems and they will go far and beyond to help fix any problems you have.

I have had nothing but problems in this store. The store manager is seriously the most hateful person I have ever met. She is rude to no end. She acts as though you are the dumbest person alive for asking simple questions. I needed to return a phone case that I bought within the month and she denied me the return, even with the receipt. I will be switching to a different carrier after almost 12 years of service with boost, simply because of the manager at this store. DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE!

They play favorites. Amy never works but once a week (normally). Chris is always getting high on the job. they mock employees and customers (They have done so to me, my brother and my fiance, along with another customer who came in two days later.). both are drug addicts and chris is straight out of jail. they steal the last paycheck with a lousy excuse of supposed errors that they never tell the employee about. Amy has the employees do personal errands for her on their day off. She makes mistakes on another of her orders and then punishes her employees she is training for the same mistakes SHE makes. The company is not worth going to until those two are gone. I paid for a line that Chris NEVER activated. they was supposed to have called me when they got my phone in.They charged for it but no call came in. They yell at their customers and the floors are very sticky. my shoes stuck to the floor one of the times in there. Amy curses all the time (when she actually is there.) It is a very gross environment. get the druggies out of the store and maybe it will improve.

So I bought a phone yesterday at this boost store only do discover it wasn’t WiFi calling compatible. I went back today and not only did Chris the entire precious transaction right. He also helped us drop an extra line in the plan. If you need a cheap phone plan take your old phone to Chris and he’ll get you set up and make it hassle free in the process. Thanks again Chris
