The collision shop kept me informed of everything through text message and I was able to open a link to see the status of where my vehicle was in the process of repairs along with what was being repaired and the cost.”

“They replaced my windshield at the end of a business day on Friday and I noticed some visual distortion over the weekend—things looked wavy. Called them back Monday and they quickly replaced the windshield with a new one without question. They thought it may be due to manufacturer defects in the glass. They made it right without me having to argue about it and I really appreciated that. Great customer service! And a cute dog in the office.”
