“So we rented a standard SUV over a month ago for a week long trip and when we arrived to pick up the car we were told that our cars “pump” wasn’t working when the dealership dropped it off. So instead they were going to DOWNGRADE our size?? Regardless of how many times I was visibly and verbally upset with the small car, they did nothing to help us nor did they try to solve the problem before we got there. Yeah we were packed like sardines in the car. Dropping the car back off today and it’s different people in there so I decide maybe they will listen to me, so I speak with Spencer and tell him the whole story and he is just visibly upset that we had such a terrible pick up experience. He is consistently apologizing to me and was very understanding of my frustrations. Spencer really took great care of us and made us feel good about coming back in December, so while this trip was sardines I have hope that the next trip is spacious! Thank you again Spencer you’re awesome and you’re the reason we will come back!”

“This place is a joke. He took $2000 from me. I was making payments on a expidition. When i drove off the lot it had no fluids at all. Window and ac didnt work. Front end shot, bad tires, bad ball joints, breaks was bad. He took it to have it fixed gave me a lowner car because i demanded one. Then my expidition supposedly wasnt fixable... then i seen someone else driving it. Then i was supposed to get a yukon had a lowner car till that one could pass inspection didnt hear from him. Then someone was driving it around after hours. So he takes money from people and sells the cars out from under them. Why isnt this guy in jail???? I hope no one else tries to buy a car from him. That place needs to be investigated and shut down.”
