“Pros: He is a very nice man. Enterprise messed up our rental 2 days before we were supposed to go on a very important bereavement ceremony and Mr. Terry came and rescued the day. We had unlimited gas, he didn’t care who drove the van as long as they were over 25 (which is another added bonus because enterprise charges $15 a day per added driver) and we were able to use our military discount.Cons: The van had a few minor issues (cruise control button would stick, a couple of dents on the van and the screws on the door were coming undone (we fixed them)). I asked for a total price before we left because we were dividing it amongst several people and he told me one price and when I returned the van he stated “now you have to pay sales tax”. I was a little confused because i asked him for the full price including taxes. He explained he couldn’t add the sales tax because some people keep it for a day or two longer. It still didn’t make sense to me but I was just ready to return the van. Also, the deposit isn’t refundable and part of the total price. (which isn’t a con just something to note because usually deposits are refundable).”

“The staff at Enterprise are wonderful. They took care of my needs of renting a car well. They are professional and friendly. The entire staff are very efficient. Abbie is a wonderful manager. Deaken is very good and has a good sense of humor, as does Grant and Anthony. I enjoyed working with him. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.Even the gentleman that cleans the vehicles spent time talking with me as I waited for my car to be finalized. I enjoyed the experience.I have rented from Enterprise quite a few times and I have never had a bad experience with them ever. It’s always been fun easy and efficiently done.For the record, if I could give more than five stars on the initial page, I would. Since I can’t give more than five stars, there, I will here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This place is a joke. He took $2000 from me. I was making payments on a expidition. When i drove off the lot it had no fluids at all. Window and ac didnt work. Front end shot, bad tires, bad ball joints, breaks was bad. He took it to have it fixed gave me a lowner car because i demanded one. Then my expidition supposedly wasnt fixable... then i seen someone else driving it. Then i was supposed to get a yukon had a lowner car till that one could pass inspection didnt hear from him. Then someone was driving it around after hours. So he takes money from people and sells the cars out from under them. Why isnt this guy in jail???? I hope no one else tries to buy a car from him. That place needs to be investigated and shut down.”
