Ordered a small taco pizza, 12 pk of sprite and 2 bags of jerky for my dog. Paid over 41 dollars.. pizza was never delivered and they refused to remake my order! Door dash is refusing to refund due to ordering on the Casey's app!!!
Do NOT order pizza from Casey's unless you pick it up, they don't honor their 3 party delivery service and door dashers steal your food!!!
Extremely bad business!!!

I ordered a pizza on the app. Nothing fancy a cheese pizza thin crust light sauce. When we got to the store people were waiting in line to be helped and no employee to be seen. I walked around the store they had nothing stocked and the counter was sticky. When 3 employees finally came to help people I got my pizza bought 2 drinks and got gas. I got home to eat my pizza and it was very sad. I normally love Casey’s pizza but this time the pizza had hardly any flavor. I hate to post a bad review but that was Ridiculous! Casey’s do better!!

Would love to order a breakfast bowl during the selected times. It's currently Saturday and the app states they do breakfast until noon, but it doesn't matter what time of morning it is, I can't special order breakfast burritos and breakfast bowls. Why have it available on the app, but never have it available for order? I don't want the pizza, and Everytime I go in, they usually don't have much in the warmer or it's way over an hour old. Most people who work here, don't seem to want to work at all and it shows in the way the store looks and the way the employees act. Blasting loud inappropriate music in the kitchen.

Just got out of the truck to go inside. Saw the young girl emptying the trash with a cigarette in her hand. Later I told the older lady and the young girl and she brushed it off. The older lady said contact corporate office.

Went there at 2:30 two days In a row and they had doors locked and look at me stupid but it says 24 hr.... some people get off work in the morning time. The on on 16th street has just as many people at night but they are still working. I have to waste more gas to head out that way. If they can't do there job fire um. I posted this a over a month ago and they still closing and google says 24hr.

Went in with family. Expected the normal Casey's atmosphere. What I got was listening to employees complain about each other, and a nasty store that stinks. There was blonde hair in a pizza slice I got. Couldn't eat it. Wanted to puke. The woman in the kitchen had a very bad attitude. Would not stop raising her voice or rolling her eyes. The woman behind the counter was very condescending and hateful towards my family. Will not be returning.

I do not support this store in the slightest. I made an order At the wrong time by mistake. Corrected it and they cancelled the order at 2 pm. I get attitude from most employees. I normally go in, in the morning times before work (8-8:30 a.m), now I'm finding myself going to break time because this Casey's sucks. Stood in the line only to hear yelling and screaming from three of the employees. It is not a good environment I want to be in or have my son in when he is with me. I do not recommend this store. Morning staff is atrocious. They need to clean house and get people in who have better attitudes and know what they are doing.
