They have assisted me twice now with issues on my 03 Honda Element. They are honest, decent prices and friendly. They do not push you to get repairs but are honest on issues they come across and offer choices. Will use them again.

Very hateful and always says “it’s to expensive for you” “you sure you’ll be able to pay?” Very disrespectful and very unprofessional, if you want the best service don’t go to this place, you will leave very disappointed.

They were selling a 2006 acura i came down and purchased got it home to find out it's got a coolent leak threw codes when I got it home and when I asked the seller he was quite a jerk about it and made it obvious he knew there was an issue but didn't say anything. I wouldn't go through or give these ppl any business.

I had my fuel pump changed, I had a full tank of gas, he pours it all in his oil drain and gives me the car back with 2 gallons of gas. $50 of gas lost. We won't go back!

They replaced my linkage from my shifter to my transmission. Got it back and told them it was still having issues. Told me it wasn't the linkage. Then about a week ago the linkage came completely loose. Dealership fixed me in 30 min now it feels solid and right. Not too happy with the outcome I received from first choice auto.
