I booked an appointment with a hair dresser named Luba at this salon
she dyed my hair ginger for me & was so nice about my sensitive scalp & she was extra gentle with me
my hair turned out an exact replica of my reference image
its so cozy inside and its so easy to chat with the hair dressers I love it
came here with my sister and her hair was perfect too <3

If I could give lower stars I would. My mother went to Fringe salon today. She walked in and made the appointment yesterday for highlights.
She showed up this morning at 9:15, her scheduled time, to receive service. She noticed that they weren't preparing for highlights like she requested and was prompted told that the stylist didn't have time....
My mother reluctantly agreed to move forward with a full color, not what she'd wanted but she had an event to go to. The stylist said she could come back day later for highlights... why would anyone pay for two different services on two different days.
The dye job was severely subpar. They did a full dye job but didn't even cover the gray and she paid $84. Talk about a rip off. I could have done that at home better for $10.
My mother waited while she assisted another client cutting their hair... not a short task until she gave up and said she was leaving. Then on checkout, even though my mother didn't receive a haircut the stylist have a price with one included. My mother said she didn't get one and wasn't paying for it so they adjusted the price.
Incredibly sad experience, not getting what you asked for, settling for a different service, the different not even being done well and paying $84.

I absolutely love them here, my hair has not looked better in quite a while. I appreciate Luba for taking her time to make sure I wanted exactly the color, cut, etc. don't have anything negative to say, they are awesome!

Who doesn't love hair day?Not once have I been disappointed after my appointments with Susan. And today's a great example of that.I'm hoping to learn to love my graying hair.I mentioned this to Sue last time and so it's begun. Today marks my second session and once I got home... boy did my family notice. ☺️Although it's going to take us (all) some getting used to, I'm LOVING IT!!All of the ladies are friendly and supportive, they make you feel welcome.(the picture doesn't give it complete justice) You just have to try yourself.
