The manager at this establishment admittedly threw away documents regarding my mothers credit on medical equipment. They refuse to help her in any way and demand that she pays them when they owe her. This mistake on their part has not only ruined my mothers credit, but also caused so much pain in our family. My mother spends hours on the phone in tears trying to get this resolved. I can’t believe this is legal.

Returned medical supplies directly to the local Sedalia location. As of today, still waiting on credit from March of 2021. No apology or friendly service when I call to inquire. Customer service is lacking.

Terrible service. Hard to reach. Unreliable on getting supplies and test equipment. Staff prefers to make excuses rather than getting doctors orders delivered. Delivered oxygen and promised to send additional supplies. Never heard from them again. But they will bill you!!
