They can't even process a new debit card online that has absolutely nothing wrong with it(never had a problem with it anywhere else), yet they can process it in store for $5 more. Makes no sense. I've called them several times and gave them over a month to correct it. This company permanently lost my business after 4 years. I've never seen such incompetence.

Was with this place for years. Then they sold me a phone that people literally could not hear me on. Told me sorry if you was a new customer we could do something. But since your an existing customer you have to take it up with the phone maker. I'm like really it was bought a little over 24hrs ago. So they lost 2 customers, I know it's nothing to them but they're not getting any of our money anymore. Even if I do have to pay more for a phone bill.

I have been into this store twice to get my intermittent connectivity issues corrected. Both times, I was told I needed a new phone (my phone has a semi-cracked screen, but has been working fine until the past month). I do not want a new phone, just a working phone (my phone is only 8 months old). The clerk (a young, brunette, bespectacled man) turned my phone off, then back on the first time. The second time he removed my SIM card and then claimed he was troubleshooting. His solution both times was to buy a new phone. When I did agree to a new phone, he said it would be $69.95 and he would "throw in a case and a screen saver". When my total came to $123, my husband questioned the charges. The clerk told him that when he said he would "throw in a case and a screen saver" he meant give us a discount. My husband said "We are not spending any money here." We left, went to a different Metro-PCS store (S. Craycroft in Tucson, AZ). Amazingly, the lovely manager at that store did not even try to sell us a new phone, she did a network reset and VOILA! Problem solved. If you are looking to be sold a new phone as a solution to your connectivity issues, by all means go to the Metro-PCS at Kolb and Broadway. But if you a looking for a fix for connectivity issues, go to a Metro-PCS store where the employees know what they are doing, and are not just glorified salesmen.

Giving the store 4 stars cause the service kinda sucks but the customer service is really nice. There's a gentleman named David there that is really helpful I appreciate him.

Absolutely horrifying service experience at this location. I came in to switch from Cricket and was interested in one of their free phone deals. Matthew talked up the Moto G Stylus which was displayed right next to the LG Stylo 6. I obviously went with the Moto G Stylus. Well... He was so talking SO much without even letting me get a few words in that I had to cut him off multiple times and his distraction caused him to ring up the WRONG PHONE ENTIRELY. The manager Janice looks at me and goes "Well are you sure you want the Moto G Stylus?" And at that point I'm beside myself. YES I WANT THAT PHONE! JUST BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE AND YOURSELF CANT FIX YOUR ERROR YOU WANT ME TO SETTLE ON AN ENTIRELY DIFFETENT PHONE?!! At this point they had already ran my card. Their "solution" was to throw in a measely memory card. No practical solutions were offered. No empathy or concern was displayed. It was horrible. I felt like I was a bother because of the error that THEY MADE. Never ever ever go here. Matthew is incompetent as is the "manager." More so the manager Janice. I know we're all human and Make errors but come on. This is a place of business.
