I haven’t been in here recently, but I’d like to visit again. They have cute clothes, but in my opinion the clothing sold here is for people 20-25 and under. It’s too trendy for older people. I really like their perfume selection. ☺️

OMGI. Love Rue 21! I always buy so many clothes when I go in there, but then I have to wait a while until They get like restocked. but every time they get restocked, I buy more, so my experience at Rue 21 is always good. They meet my expectations every time I love it. Because their Customer service is always great as well. They're always willing to help and be there for you when you need them. So i'm Happy about that! Thank you Rue 21!

Extremely rude store management, didnt help me find what I was looking for wasnt even acknowledged. Overheard 2 workers making racist comments while setting up a table with black lives matter clothes. A very tattooed woman who was working was extremely unprofessional, hateful when asked i question, overall unpleased.

I LOVE SHOPPING HERE. GREAT ENVIRONMENT AND ALEXIA IS SO HELPFUL AND ALWAYS VERY POLITE. THE STORE MANAGER COULD DEFINITELY USE A REPLACEMENT. THE STORE HASNT BEEN THE SAME SINCE GEORGE LEFT AND THEY CHANGES MANAGEMENT.

I was in there Monday morning and today and the same young lady helped me I wish more places had half the attitude and grace that the store employees have at this establishment. I will 100% be going back. Thank you all for not making me feel like I didnt belong I really appreciate it.
