Says walk-ins welcome. My husband walked in to get his hair cut, and the lady was extremely rude. Told us they're "appointment only". Need to change the sign on their door then! Will NEVER spend my money here. Don't understand while they're still in business with the horrible attitudes they have.

Really bad experience. I went in for a balayage for my dark hair and I got an ugly orange looking tint. I could've done that work at home myself. Also very unprofessional, they stained my daughter's new sweater because she wasn't covered up with a towel.
