Not only are they the best priced facility in the area but they also are very aware of what's happening at their business which is important as there are a lot of break ins in the Sedalia area. No issues with bugs or water leaks either. I've rented from them twice and they are the only facility I will use in the area.”

“The online process really speeds things up for viewing, renting, signing documents and paying for your new storage unit. They will even point you to the nearest available unit If your storage needs are size specific or you have climate control needs rather than location based needs. KO isn’t just self storage spaces. They also have commercial spaces and warehouse spaces available. This company truly was a one stop shop for our storage needs. I especially like the electronic security gates and surveillance cameras at all of their facilities. The only downside is within the facilities themselves as they have no electricity inside of the standard self storage units and their “commercial flex spaces” here in town do not have water. Kind of difficult for your employees to work all day in any area without the availability of a restroom or even the ability to wash their hands at the end of the day.”

“Good clean storage area you don't have to worry about your storage shed getting flooded the way they built it everything runs to the center down the middle of the road and straight out so far no problems still rent in there if I have any problems I will definitely put it on here”

“Originally gave this business 1 star. We didn't know that they had a 30-day notice policy and we were charged for a whole month on a vacated unit; we would have given notice if we had known. When we called, the person handling their calls was dismissive and rude, despite the fact that I had been told that the owner would be contacted to see if something could be worked out. I filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau, and in a matter of a few short days the owner refunded the money to us. I appreciate that it was resolved, but I am disappointed with how the situation was handled. I don't think I should have had to go to the BBB to get this resolved. We also found dead mice in our items.”

“When we first moved to Sedalia in 2006 we found Bast Storage because it was climate controlled and we were storing an antique piano along with our other furniture and belongings while we were in the process of building a home. We had a great experience storing at Bast, so now that our son and his family are also moving to Sedalia to take a great job offer, we are recommending they store all of their things at Bast while they look for a home. Not only are our belongings safe at Bast with its climate controlled and secure indoor storage units, but I also feet totally safe there. There is good light for sorting through boxes, carts for moving our things in and out of the unit, 24 hour key card access for convenience, and loading-dock height access so all we have to do is back the truck up to the dock - no stairs or extra lifting.
