“I ship frequently due to Ebay. I'm treated well here as the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Many people seem to have trouble with UPS and think that the UPS store is the place to leave complaints but they are different entities, different services. I'm always treated well here. The service is much more helpful as compared to many workers at the front desk of some post offices. I'm given options for shipping here, different costs and arrival times. The line moves quickly unless customers are unprepared when they get in line, ie not ready to go or things not boxed up. Parking is easy. I am thankful to have this shipping option.
