My 76yr old dad got a new razor less then 2months prior. We live in warsaw and he just can't get a signal. We have spoken to IT department many times. They said it was a tower issue to just wait it out. So we did. The technical people are absolutely wonderful. Finally they decided it was the actual phone issue and sent us to closest store because under warranty we would get new one. My dad is on a fixed income and uses the phone for 1 reason to call my mom who has dementia once a day. We went into store and i feel treated terrible. Store manager said we would just do exchange. We never wanted money back but at the end switched Sim card again put phone in 4g sent us on our way. Phone hasn't worked. Never gave a number to call. Didn't even note it in system . Couldn't be bothered. Couldn't care less. Tech people are wonderful but at end of day its the store you have to deal with. I always read reviews and have never left a negative one before. I read them because I am old school and still like to shop/eat or get services from fair people. We were not trying to get something over here. He paid for a phone and consistently asked for help made issues known and paid for warranty . Infuriating!

Excellent experience. Went in at 4pm today to get a new phone, the team was amazing and very helpful. After past bad experiences with past staff, this was a breath of fresh air. I didn't get their names but they were all wonderful!

Kat and August were amazing!! I came in an hour before the Superbowl to get home internet. August guaranteed he'd have me home in time for the game and he was right! These two provided great customer service and were so pleasant to work with! T-mobile, you are lucky to have these two as employees! Great experience!!!!

Absolutely wonderful. The staff are all friendly and make you feel right at home. The tenured employees are remarkably knowledgeable. Even if one particular person doesn't know something, they almost always can figure it out either by asking the rest of their team, calling into customer care on your behalf, or using the internet to help you sort through the tech jargon. Highly recommended. If the manager of the store is seeing this, I'd love if you could respond to this review with an email I can reach you at. I'd love to go into details about some star employees you have that have specifically helped me in a myriad of ways and give them the recognition they deserve!

This generous 3-star review stems from the Managers ability to rectify a problem.If you come to this T-Mobile store, make sure you are asking questions. Make them explain everything to you, or you may end up verbally agreeing to something you didn't sign or consent to. Be wary with certain sale's clerks at this store, you will feel like a fly on the wall during this contract binding transaction, as they watch videos on TikTok, and prioritize their food delivery, over providing a satisfactory customer experience. The way business is practiced at this store is negligent, and predatory, to say the least.
