This place was able to see my cat very last minute right before closing. She was very sick and there was nothing more that I could do for her at home. Even though we had to make a choice no one was ready for they were very sweet and caring. Im not happy that I dont have my baby girl with me but im happy that they were not cold and heartless with her. Means the world to me.

So glad you have been there for my babies. The Doctors went above and beyond to do all they could for one of my babies recently. Though she passed, I feel like Thompson Hills did all they could to save her not only with their professionalism, but with their true love in what they do. As much as it hurts to have lost her, I know you did everything you could. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.

We are in the area from out of town, our 13 year old Lab has a pretty nasty ear infection (he is prone to them). I talked to our longtime Vet in Liberty MO and they were willing to send a prescription to Thompson Hills after trying another local vet that said no (they wanted to see the dog, but wasn't able to see the dog ). Anyway, Thompson Hills worked with my Vet and I would like to give more than 5 stars to Christina and Thompson Hills but that's all I can choose! I will definitely recommend you! Our old guy will be feeling better in no time instead of suffering until we are home next week! Thank you so much!

We love coming here. Everyone is excellent. Dr. Chad is #1 so caring, explains things thoroughly and very knowledgeable. Cindy was excellent before Hershee's surgery getting fixed. She is so caring and also explained things thoroughly post and preop. No better place to take your furbabies.

Between 2 visits I spent $161.00 on a very young sickly kitten that had such severe diarrhea that his bottom was very inflamed which was my main concern. The first visit was to keep the bill down for rescue group but the second was to make sure the kitten was healthy since he would be adopted by my son who has 3 other cats which I explained on the phone when I made appointment and then again to the on staff vet (female). I asked them specifically more than once to make sure the kitten was healthy and wouldn’t spread anything to our other cats and that my cat who they have seen and reminded her that he had Crohns. They took the kitten, left me in waiting room to “run tests” 5 minutes later they brought me back and said kitten was healthy no fiv leukemia etc.... I asked for ear mite treatment and a wormer paid the bill and left. The kitten still had severe diarrhea the rest of the day. Next morning my sons vet tested the kitten said it had such a bad case of Coccidia that he had lost muscle tone in his rectum for having it so long and it could be permanent, gave him 5 days of medicine and the whole visit with meds cost $45 now the kitten is fine. The kitten suffered with this diarrhea for over a week after seeing the vet the first time at THAC, my full grown cat with Crohn's was exposed after second vet visit as was my sons 3 cats. I called the vets office a different vet (male) called me back and did nothing but scream at me over the phone telling me what a great vet he is and he stays late to do surgeries” and they did me a favor by “keeping the bill down”, when I said I paid less at second vet now I have to have other cats tested he then scolded me saying I “should have never put kitten with other cats” even though they told me at the second visit the kitten was healthy. I’ve never had such horrible service at a vets office or been talked to by someone that’s supposed to be a “veterinarian” that should care for animals. It’s sad that trying to do the right thing by rescuing strays and getting them medical care they need only to be ripped off is probably why there’s so many people that don’t get involved in this area because at that cost, like most people I can’t afford it.

This was a great choice! Recently moved to Sedalia, MO and I’m extremely picky. 1st time going here on Monday as I had my girls going inside, one of the assistants came out to get a dog from a elderly ladies car. So that the lady didn’t need to get out. I thought Wow! I have never seen anyone do that. That was so sweet. She also took her dog back to the lady. What a sweet gesture. So my two were here for a wellness check and get established. Plus my darlin Kadie need to have her k-9’s checked as she was getting a infection on her baby k-9’s. Came back today for the extractions and a cleaning. Y’all I love this wonderful Dr.McNeal and I love his team! Everyone is super sweet and friendly. They earned my trust and now care for my two girls. Kadie is home recovering and doing well.

They take such good care of my animals. It doesn't matter if it's weekend, late night or early morning. They'll make the time to help take care of my animals. Today I called them, right when they opened to see if I could get a appointment for my dog because he tore his nail. With no hesitation they got him in. You can't ask for much more that. That's what I'm talking about with service. Thank you, again guys.

I've taken my cats and dogs to Thompson Hills Animal Clinic since they opened. They are compassionate, thorough, and they listen. From wellness care to difficult surgeries and illnesses, they've provided great care to my dozens of animals for many years.
