i gave you a zero! Your customer service was horrible. I had to leave and go to menards! I recommend going to menards! If you need help or have questions about the product/products you are going to purchase. Some young man stacking selves helped me more than anyone.Benson winkler

Terrible experience today. They sell dangerous and faulty items and will not exchange them. Melissa was incredibly rude and hateful. We'll use Farm and Home from now on.

Great store to buy that small farm stuff .Very poor choice to buy equipment there, bought a 6' 3point tiller there came with missing pieces tried to get them to order them for me and what a headache.Ended up making them myself.What a disappointment.

About 10 weeks ago I purchased 8 Cornish hens. It’s time to process them and they are still very small. After spending all that money and time raising meat birds and not getting what you paid for, you see why I’m frustrated. After some research they are looking like game birds, which don’t grow to a full size hen.When I called the store to explain to them my situation all I got was “it was probably miss labeled” which I understand. But then person I talked to on the phone refused to help or accommodate in any way. What they said was “they are an unreliable source to buy chicks at” safe to say, that there is a big chance you will not get what you paid for at Tractor supply in Sedalia. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but some good customer service would have been nice.

The only place in town that had the inner tube for my lawn mower that i needed without costing me an arm and a leg(maybe just a finger and a toe) lol just kidding their great with good people working for them. I was directed right where i needed to go and found exactly what i was looking for.

Horrible management very unhelpful. Bought a picnic table there 2 months ago that collapsed and injured myself and 2 family members and he won't do anything but store credit or exchange and I couldn't even get a "sorry about that" or anything.
