This is a shiny place to send any package. I shipped a package and the employee by the name of Tani never gave me a tracking number. I called to see if they could help me yet nothing could be done. On top of that the employee was not helpful.

Worthless snotty store, snotty employees who laugh, sigh, and snicker at people trying to figure out the Amazon return kiosk (instead of doing their jobs). It's your job not ours. Hope you get the karma you build.
And if you look up what something's going to cost online to ship when you go to the store because you are using them it is almost double the online price something that was $40 through the website was $78 in the store. They explained it's simply because we use the store, if we wanted that cost, should have used the website.

People are friendly. It was busy so they let people know about the kiosk if they just had a scan code.

I am not one to write a negative review but I feel like people should be prepared for the rudest customer service ever! I am giving 2 stars because yes, my packages have always got where they need to go but after MULTIPLE rude encounters with this store, I am no longer chalking it up to a bad day for someone. They are not thankful for you business at all and actually make you feel like the biggest inconvenience for even coming in. If there was another UPS store even remotely close to me, I would never do business here again.

For the third time in one month UPS has failed to either deliver to the correct address or to deliver on the date specified. The best is no longer the best!
