I was assisted by a pleasant young woman named Karla Lazo. She was a great help to me doing a complicated transaction. Ms. Lazo made it all go very seamless. I was impressed by her kindness and professionalism. I would be honored to do banking business with her anytime.

2102 Broadway st; Bank Locationsedalia.Mo "Brenda" Very a matter of fact in a rude tone stating : US Bank policy regarding exchanging $50 bills for $100 bills in order to assess account...She actually said she looked over through the side window in the drive-through and did not recognise my face as an account holder of one of her regular customers... tell me that she could not do it..."If its policy stick to policy don't make it personal or profile..."I spoke with another a bank and said- depending on the person you get sometimes tellers just go ahead and exchange! stick to policy if that's the case,,, Customer service is expected to be at its highest with folks working at the bank that should be continued rather not you can assist somebody that is a potential customer or not being professional in a nice manner Be kind!!

Its a great National bank but the branches in Sedalia leave a lot to be desired. They seem to have constant phone/internet issues so maybe that's why there r so many errors

Usually I love US Bank, however I do not understand why they need to close at 4:30 every afternoon during the pandemic. I understand the lobby being closed, but the hours should not have changed. When I went at 4:45 today I was informed that they closed at 4:30. At least 2 other cars came through while I was there there, obviously expecting them to be open. As a teacher, I cannot leave during the day to visit the bank and I cannot make it there by 4:30, so now I have to go on Saturday and because they've forced many other people in my situation to do the same, the wait will be atrocious. Bring back the old hours.

US Bank has three locations in Sedalia. Unfortunately, only one is open on Saturdays and if you’re not the first in line when the window opens you’ll be sitting line far longer than you should for drive-up service (especially when they lobby is closed to the public due to COVID-19).In addition, I have called twice about a new debit card and on both occasions I have been told one will be mailed to me. Nearly two months have passed and I have yet to receive a new card.One of the reasons we bank with US Bank is their number of locations state and country wide, but customer service has taken a back seat to convince.

Making a deposit for a friend. Website says location opens at 8:30am. 9:30am and the location is still not open. Unprofessional, obvious poor leadership, not customer service minded. Not sure why anyone banks with US Bank. Should be a no star option.

Not friendly and never happy to help at this location. Would give you a mean look. Brenda is the worst there, was not helpful at all. Just go to other location by Staples, they are always friendly there, bid difference.

Friendly service sometimes. If they are busy then just leave. They get rude if there is more than 3 people in their lobby.

Been banking with US Bank for over 2 months now and still haven't gotten my debit card in the mail. Went to the bank the first time the problem occured and they told me they would have it sent straight to my bank to avoid mailing address issues and here I am still careless. Will be closing the account as soon as I get a new one opened somewhere else unless I just get my card for crying out loud.

Mathew at u.s bank made my day when he went above and beyond the duties of his job to help me resolve a lean issue on my vehicle ,he was absolutely professional, intelligible, and saved me alot of money and time!!
