“We always enjoy coming to Nostalgia! We stop in every time we're in Sedalia. So much to explore. So many cool items displyed in interesting and beautiful ways. The women's clothes, accessories and jewelry section is AMAZING. All vintage-loving gals must stop in! There's something for everyone though.
Heads up: you cannot bring in bags, because they have had such a problem with theft. (I do not blame them, they have a right to protect their vendors and their own interest!)
HOWEVER, helpfully they have a bunch of lockers to stash your purses etc, with keys on stretchy cords to take with you. Friendly employees greet you and work quickly and efficiently to ring you up. Love this place!”

“What an absolutely fabulous find in the middle of nowhere, Smithton, MO! I was working at the school on the Thursday before they opened on 3/11, but the door was open so I popped in. The owners were very friendly and had pity on me, allowing me to take a quick walk around to see what they had inside. The lady at the register told me that they had been closed the past few months (as many small businesses are here in the winter) and had just reopened. She told me that she was dusting and getting things in order. For the record, this is one of THE cleanest, well organized, laid out vintage, antique stores you will ever visit. I have posted many pics of what I saw on Saturday but please be aware, if you see something, you MUST buy it on the spot. If you don't, I can almost promise you it won't be there next time. They have a nice mixture of antiques, vintage, new, collectible and locally made handicrafts. You can use credit cards (YAY!!) and here's the best part, the prices are very reasonable....so much so that I thought there were typos on the little tags on the pieces I bought. Many times, shops like these gouge customers on prices and they can be unreasonably high, not so here. I try and stop at all the little shops that I see in my daily travels. I travel for work all over Mid-Missouri, and this is one of the top 3 I've stopped at. The other one is The Hope House in Osage Beach:Please stop and give these nice people your business, you won't be disappointed and I would bet you find something really nice to take home.”
