Waterloo Industries Inc. has friendly people, and the lady at the shipping office is such a nice person. These people really have their stuff together. Kind people provide quick loading for an in and out experience. The location has onsite parking for check in. Gates are locked after hours with no overnight truck parking, but a porta-potty toilet is available overnight and is ok.
