“I absolutely loved the pieces I ordered! They are all beautiful, high quality, and fit great. My only complaint is that I ordered on the 5 for $25 offer and two of my items were not available and were refunded. I would have liked to have had the option to pick two other items to go in my bundle. You had so many cute things that I could have easily picked two other items. Your shipping was super quick and I had my order three days later as it was mailed out the very same day I ordered. Overall it was a great experience!”

“I love the buckle ! Let's just put it that way!I would buy everything in that store because their clothing is just so nice! But the only downfall is. It's so expensive. That's why I only go in there every once in a while but other than that they're customer service is great and I do buy a few items every. Now and then so. Thank you buckle I wish you would work on your prices. Then I would go in and buy a lot more stuff but thanks for being good with your customers anyway so I appreciate that thank you buckle!”

“This 5 star review is for Trish in Jewelry Department. I cannot figure out how to give her a review online. We were searching for an engagement ring in February and JCPenney was our second to last stop. Trish let us look and recommended a beautiful one but we did not immediately buy it until our last stop. We went to one more place and ultimately went back to JCPenney Sedalia to buy the beautiful ring from Trish. She was so personable and kind to us. It truly felt like we’d know her forever. Since then we have been able to see Trish again in and out of the store and let her in on memories made along our engagement and wedding. If you go to the jewelry department be sure to ask for a Trish first!”
