This has to be the worse internet in Missouri. First thing, download speed is absolutely terrible, averaging around 9mbs with only one Xbox series s on the internet. Second thing, I paid my wifi bill two days before it was due and yet they still shut it off and refused to turn it back on at 7pm when I got back home, I also had exams and other homework due that night that I had to take zeros for. They said there was no one at the office to turn it back on even though it shouldn’t have been turned off in the first place. Overall it is terrible customer service and unreliable internet. If you’re looking for fast and reliable internet with good customer service this is not the place to go to. Absolutely terrible.

I have had this internet for almost 5 years and nothing has changed, it is the same 10mbs speed on a good day. It constantly stutters and downloading anything take DAYS just to do. If there are any other options for a internet, I would definitely get that instead of this.

They have excellent customer service but I can only get dsl at 15 mbps for around $94 per month. But it is the only service where I like live.

I’m pretty sure that this internet is a step DOWN from dial up. Worst I’ve ever had. We’ve had them for two years. They want to charge $100 a month for service that never works. They’re lucky that they are literally the ONLY internet we can get where we live ?.

Internet is awful, also I had it turned off supposed to start at the beginning of the month and they turned it off immediately even though I paid for the whole month and now I basically bought a mo th for 3 weeks of service.

Best Internet service that I have ever had and if I ever have any issues or questions all I ever have to do is call them in selegman Mo Rally’s number is on google and they are very nice and helpful

The Good:Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.High management was actually involved with the community,when the old company was bought out.Brought faster internet to 2 small cities, in my opinion, i dont see how a profit can be made.Repairs are made quickly, if there is a problem.The Bad:Only get half the speed i am paying for. 5mb download plan and most of the time only get 2.0 - 3.2.Frequent downtime from a few mins to 24 hours.Have to "Rent" modem "for an extra charge" and no option to purchase. "I would rather buy than rent".I give this company 4 stars just because the great staff makes up for the bad.

We don't have good internet and price is high. You have to buy your own box so therefore when it goes out you have to buy another one and they are high. I think the company could do far better than what it's doing.

The employees are always rude and hateful. I'm not sure exactly why they are always like this. We have had service with them for a few years,and always pay our bill early. Considering switching companies due to the customer service alone.

I'd like to say 1st and foremost I think most of these reviews are paid and friends of the other guys reviews.Was with Lost Creek Wireless and I lost signal here and there in a few short weeks repeatedly. Got told 2.4 g was faster then 5 g, the owner even had a meltdown on the phone trying to emphasize the point. Service was laggy with very low connecting speeds.Switched to SGO and man what a difference. No drops, no I real lag and they're constantly improving the network.I sincerely wished I'd avoided lost creek like the plague.Thank you for fast friendly service SGO !

Worst internet ever!!!! Only internet provider in the area as well. We are still on DSL. STUPID SLOW. Pay $100 a month and half the time we can not even download stuff. Kids cannot do stuff for school at the same time. We are capped out on their highest plan of 15mgb and get about 13 on a good day.

Most expensive internet for the speeds in the entire area. 20mbs for 100$/month, and most times barely get 10-13mbs. They have monopolized the area we live (IN PINEVILLE AT THAT) so if we want ANY internet, we HAVE to go through them.They desperately need to catch up with the times and offer fiber, even way down here.
