Not too impressed with the carrier that delivers to my home. They're never consistent with when they deliver. I get the informed delivery notifications and have mail supposed to be delivered today,it's almost 5pm and I haven't received anything. I'm a truck driver home for a break,I can't wait around for the mail. Come on! It's a town of like 2000 people, it can't take an entire business day to make a delivery

If you don't have mail coming in and you have something going out they will not stop unless they got mail to leave for you. I have watched them go by my mailbox with the flag up because they did not have mail for me. That is not how a male system is supposed to work. For 2 days I had a letter in the mailbox that was supposed to go out and they never stopped to pick it up because I didn't have any incoming mail. I live out in the country. Half the time they leave my packages on the ground next to the mailbox. A few times the boxes have gotten wet and damaged the stuff inside. I have asked them to leave them on the table next to my door. Which never happens they usually leave them at my neighbor's house on their porch. One time the box got chewed up because they have dogs out

I ORDER ITEMS FROM MOBILE, AL. ALL THE TIME FIRST CLASS GROUND THE FASTEST I'VE EVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE WAS 9 DAYS NOW I KNOW ITS FIRST CLASS BUT THE PACKAGE I'M WAITING TO ARRIVE THIS TIME LEFT MOBILE, AL. WITH NO HOLIDAYS IN THERE AND NOW SETS IN MONTGOMERY, AL. 7 DAYS LATER SO I WENT ON GOOGLE MAPS AND SET BOTH ADDRESSES AND IT SAYS I CAN WALK THAT DISTANCE IN 10 DAYS
ALSO IF YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER WHY DONT THEY SCAN IT AT EVERY STOP CANT FIGURE OUT WHY THEY EVEN OFFER THIS OPTION ITS NEVER RIGHT

You may get your mail or any of your neighbors may get your mail or you may get your neighbors mail so there's always an element of surprise. Or even better, if you live rural they may even leave your packages out by the road and not even bring them to your porch or even close for some lucky thief to take. If there's an issue with your mail service and you need to call the post office good luck because the chances they answer the phone before the fax machine is slim to none and don't bother reporting them it does nothing.

Terrible service they leave out packages on top of the mailbox so anyone can grab them instead of bringing it to the door. And there is no dogs or danger around or reason they cannot. Customer service is rude when you go in the store. Sometimes when you have a package they leave a slip that says you weren’t there to receive it. But, there was never an attempt.

Never one time has this post office attempted to deliver any packages that are bigger than the mailbox. They leave a slip in my mailbox that says I wasn’t home and that I need to come get it at the post office, which is 20 round trip from my house. Yesterday I stood in the driveway, and watched the truck pull up, before I could walk up to the driver he had the slip in the box and off he went.

Come on now, there wasn't even a request for a signature nobody knocked on the door.. These guys said delivery address undelivable. It's an empty signed bottle of transmission fluid, are you serious ? This also isn't the 1st time that I've heard of issues with this Post Office. I don't know what the problem is or why there isn't a problem but I'd much rather just have a PO Box in Joplin. Rather than having to deal with these people at all.

This is a great option to traveling to Neosho or Joplin post office. Small and convenient and I've always had good/friendly service. Lack of parking is the only drawback, but usually not busy at all.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst service ever. Just got note in my mailbox for last attempt to deliver package. Haha, they never attempted. This has happened numerous times. And it is hard to pick up package with their hours.
