We had purchased a Hotpoint clothes washer from Home Depot just over a year ago. It broke down so we called Tim's to repair the machine. Warranty parts were shipped from GE. Ernie Lea, is the repair technician that replaced the parts, programmed the control board & got us back to washing our clothes... Thanks Ernie!!!

We purchased our washer/dryer set from Tim's Home Center 5 years ago. Our dryer heating element went out last night around 9 pm and they sent out a tech and had it repaired by 10:30 am this morning! Excellent service! Thank you Arnie, Susan, and Brent!!
