Did not give any effort in helping me get the right pair of boots, I ended up buying them because of their “recommendation” and they fit awful and refused to take them back or exchange them for another pair of different size, jones used to be a good store but they have fallen off tremendously, spend your money at Cavender’s they will take the time and effort to get you what you need.

Welcoming atmosphere ! Helpful & friendly but not annoying sales attendants . Very nice selection of items but not too big and easy to shop !Will go back for gift items and boots !
