Travis has worked on my vehicle several times and I cant tell you how truly blessed I am to have found such an awesome mechanic in the shell knob area. He always gets me right in for an appointment for my repairs usually within a couple of hours of calling him with my issues. Not only is that a plus but his work is fabulous I never have had to call him back once nor take my vehicle back into him to fix the same problem that was supposedly fixed and that happens alot at other auto shops around here! He test drives the vehicle after such repairs to ensure all is working as it should and no other issues are found. So not onmy can u get in right away but he is also thorough and very detail oriented he will go over each and every aspect of whats wrong with your vehicle and break down the repairs needed then submit you with an estimate. He is very good at follow ups as well to make sure that your vehicle is running as it should and make sure you arent having any other issues. Other auto shops they wanna get you and get you out they want to collect that dollar and arent too considered with the customers satisfaction of the overall service. If you want false billing and to be talked to like a child I highly recommend this shop. If that’s not your thing stay as far away from this man as possible. He is rude, arrogant and will screw you in a heart beat and not blink an eye.
