One of the most customer service-oriented companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have been a customer for several years and have always had a great experience with each department (office & technicians/drivers). Recently, this company showed their absolute kindest and most dedicated traits. They corrected a slow-leak and provided me solutions regarding how to fill my tank within the budget I had available. This company truly placed me first and for that I am exceptionally grateful. I will continue to support them and recommend them at the highest level.

During the recent subzero weather our tank was less than 20 percent. I telephoned and chatted with Jennifer at the Shell Knob office. She was pleasant, courteous and quickly arranged to have our tank topped filled. The delivery was made and the driver was also friendly and courteous. Thank You Jennifer and MFA Propane.

Little, or no use for a couple of years, I called my local mfa supplier/delivery and was informed that my account had expired and needed to go online and filll out multiple forms to re-instate me. They had my info on file but wouldn't just put me active, it took about 15 minutes to complete all the paperwork online and do digital signatures. Kin of reminded me of the new WALMART experience, where you check out yourself, bag your merchandise and then get asked at the door if you have a receipt.

Have used and enjoyed my relationship with MFA oil in the past. I called the local in Shell Knob for propane and was informed I would need to fill out an online form before they could schedule. The form wanted to know what my house payment is, how many dependents I have, and my social security number. Called an alternative with very high ratings on google and they were happy to come out after I provided my name and address. Perhaps service by MFA oil is good after you jump through all the hoops but I decided to go another route.

Terrible company to deal with. You pay for propane, when you want to leave them, they say they don't have the employees to disconnect you. Then you get a new company, the propane that you already purchased had to be pumped out of tank at your expense. This was never told to us, through out the whole time. Young customer service girl has bad attitude. Smarts off at customers.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, AWFUL Customer service. Have left my Mom without propane during a winter storm for weeks.They have completely lied and said they are coming almost every single day. The rudest people and completely incompetent. Astonished at how they have handled this, my Mom just lost my Dad and now she has to worry about staying warm and praying she can make it. She's going without hot showers, cooking in the microwave and having her heat at 50 degrees while using anything she can to stay warm. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. SHAME ON YOU MFA!
